  • In this video, I share why certain back workouts and exercises are rounding your shoulders. Working out your back is very important and can improve your overall posture. When we overtrain certain muscles and perform exercises incorrectly, this can be contributing to your rounded shoulders rather than improving them.

Hi Quinn! This video was super helpful. At the gym tonight, I started altering my upper body strength training exercises based on the tips you provided in this video. Thank you!!

Awesome! Let me know if this helps. I noticed a big difference right away rather than focusing on my lats so much.

Hi Quinn. I have been watching Block Therapy with you & Deanna for 6 months now. I love all the trusted info you give all of us & your knowledge of so many different issues is outstanding! I would love to get your perspective or advice on how to end severe pain from vertebral compression fractures. I’ve had 12 compression fractures [L-spine & T-spine] in the past 3 yrs! All of them have supposedly healed but yet I still have debilitating pain in my back especially later in the day or if I’m on my feet for more than 30 minutes. I also have Forward Head Posture which makes me look 20 yrs older than I am. I’m 65 & have Osteoporosis. Would appreciate so much if you could do a video on pain from vertebral compression fractures, Forward head posture & Fascia. Thanks!

Thank you for your comment! I can definitely do a video that is more specific to vertebral compression fractures. In the meantime, this video here is great to help with forward head posture: ruclips.net/video/9M-y13xzNQ8/видео.htmlsi=5LxpMDBs7tntmLE5 and any of my back pain videos will start helping with your back!

As a beginner, should we do block therapy or fascia decompression everyday? or should we give our body some time to rest in between, say 48 hours? I feel like the fascia needs time to adapt and remodel itself

This is a great question. There are some factors that can play into this. You can do fascia decompression daily; 15-30 minutes no problem. But if you feel that you need a day rest between, that's totally ok. I find if I do fascia decompression then focus on strength training/mobility work, that helps cement my new alignment.
