- In this video, I show you an improper and common way people perform a glute bridge, then I break it down on how to perform this exercise properly. You may find there are areas where you feel stuck or can't bring your pelvis any higher - this is where I incorporate a fascia decompression technique to help unlock your pelvis and low back for optimal results. Few things are more frustrating than thinking that you are doing something to move yourself forward only to find that it isn't helping or, making it worse. I am overcoming a lower spine issue and was so proud of myself for pumping out those 30 glute bridges a day. Now I realize that I've been doing them incorrectly and it is apparent that 1 properly done glute bridge has more value than 30 incorrect ones. THANK YOU for this video!
