I did this workout for a week and i got results!! I'm gonna update every week! Week 1: Lost 1.5 inch Week 2: lost another 2.3 inch Total: 3.8 inches About my diet... Well... I take 2 slices of bread and jam, (or biscuits) and a cup of tea. I usually skip lunch, and for dinner, I eat anything that's cooked, or fruits. That's it!

It could be better if it shows the 1st picture of you as front side, 2nd as back side and 3rd as side way. It'll help us a lot to do the exercises with right posture. Hi, i have sciatica and after doing thexcercise for like 2 weeks the pain got worse :( though ur excercises were helping i have to stop them...could u please maybe suggest/ make video of excercises to reduce tummy for people who have back pain problem if possible. Thanx in advance!!
