    As a former dancer it is apparent that a lot of these exercises are similar to ballet moves. Working with your own body weight will do wonders!

    Thank you Natasha! Today was my first day. I plan on doing this for lower body exercise every other day and going to walk/hike 2-3 miles with my dogs every day since I mostly enjoy being outdoors. I look forward to all of your other exercise videos!

    Sequence of exercise
    1. Standing side leg raise and backward strech (50 each leg)
    2. Squat and back on toes (50)
    3. Standing leg circles - clockwise and anti clockwise (25+25 each leg)
    4. Front leg raise and backward strech (50 each)
    (These reps are just written for me to follow)
    I'm 70kgs with lots of lower body fat. Will update daily for 1 month for result
    Day 1(a little late): did half of above sets. I'll do half later on

      Yes I am still doing these exercises and lost 7-8 inches from my thigh and hips area
      I was obese at that time so lot of fat was around this area
