I did these exercises 5 year's ago from a different channel. These exercises are more effective n with out any diet plan .people seen a great difference in my body ...❤ My body looks so slim..
Day : 3 of this workout idk but I tried two sets of each exercise and I got fever during my school time and I felt so tired yesterday but I will not stop myself from doing these exercises 😊
