    Trying this excercise for about 25 days
    Current natural waist id 27 inch
    Waist (hip hip) 31
    Hip 34 inch
    And weight 49 kg
    Day 1: ooh good but still some pain in thigh
    Day 2: feeling good but did this with other excercise
    Day 3: feel much better but not too much change
    Day 4: too much easy and i see change
    (Like for update)

    Day : 3 of this workout idk but I tried two sets of each exercise and I got fever during my school time and I felt so tired yesterday but I will not stop myself from doing these exercises 😊

      🌼After eating because if you're going to work out after eating, you're going to get cramps and it will give negative effects. So in summary after eating by an hour.🌼
