    I do most of these in water , a year now . I’ve lost over 100 lbs and toned really well with all the stretched skin . I recommend this to anyone in or out of water you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for the video .

    I cannot THANK YOU enough!!! I stuck to it for 2 weeks exactly. I started on December 2nd and I am officially 1.5" down! I also did Keto during this time. No bread, no rice, no potato. I cheated 3 days of the 2 weeks and still lost inches. THANK YOU!

    I died and I won't lie. I'm so out of shape but I found this easier finish than any others. Normally I quit. I'll keep going at it until this doesn't kill me! Thank you thank you

      Most of these workout videos are ages range in their 20s! Non of them have a real fat on their bodies it's laughable.they should come back when they are in their 40s then we will see if most of them are as slim as they are now!

      Little by little ,you'll be able to get your knee anywhere you want it😃💥espec if you can possibly do it in water sometimes Or add yoga to it ( even beginners yoga) or stretching. Makes all the difference as far as agility goes ,regardless of what your age is ‼️Keep goin; we re all✨ rooting for yA💪😁🌛

    This is perfect, simple exercise for over weight people like myself. It is perfect after my knee surgery to exercise and slim thigh. The balance with one leg scares me. Over all 👍👍👍.

    Your exercises are brilliant for Chronically I’ll and older people as anyone can move more! I have friends who are mostly in Wheelchairs who do Chairobics and Aquarobics and it makes them feel so much better xx

    I understand about slimming, but people with a pear shape body type naturally have thicker measurements. I have always had a bigger chest, waist, hips, thighs, even lower legs even when I weighed 104 pounds. Just a notice to all those with similar body type

      I started these exercises today, but did them holding lightly to a chair back. Soon my balance will improve with more core strength. Then I’ll be able to do these without the chair. I hope!!

    I think I actually could do this. I have found other videos very distracting with the choice of music which is way too loud and loaded with lyrics As if it is a club at 4:00 a.m. I would like the music to be lowered a little bit in volume. Thank you for this I think it's really good and practical.

    I hope u lost those 'friends' like u lost your thighs for the sake of your REAL health. It's important to be confident in yourself, but knowing that your "friends" weren't that friendly to u in the past can still affect your mental & emotional health in the present.

    Good moves but your title should say several exercises that take each a minute long. I thought it was gonna be one exercise like it says.. but thank you for sharing..
