I do most of these in water , a year now . I’ve lost over 100 lbs and toned really well with all the stretched skin . I recommend this to anyone in or out of water you won’t be disappointed. Thanks for the video .

Little by little ,you'll be able to get your knee anywhere you want it😃💥espec if you can possibly do it in water sometimes Or add yoga to it ( even beginners yoga) or stretching. Makes all the difference as far as agility goes ,regardless of what your age is ‼️Keep goin; we re all✨ rooting for yA💪😁🌛

This is perfect, simple exercise for over weight people like myself. It is perfect after my knee surgery to exercise and slim thigh. The balance with one leg scares me. Over all 👍👍👍.

I understand about slimming, but people with a pear shape body type naturally have thicker measurements. I have always had a bigger chest, waist, hips, thighs, even lower legs even when I weighed 104 pounds. Just a notice to all those with similar body type

I started these exercises today, but did them holding lightly to a chair back. Soon my balance will improve with more core strength. Then I’ll be able to do these without the chair. I hope!!
I think I actually could do this. I have found other videos very distracting with the choice of music which is way too loud and loaded with lyrics As if it is a club at 4:00 a.m. I would like the music to be lowered a little bit in volume. Thank you for this I think it's really good and practical.
