    Hi Natasha I thought you would like to know that I started doing the exercises you share on RUclips last August 253 lb I'm down to 219 I brought my A1C down from 8.1 to 5.7 and the doctors are amazed I thought you would like to know how well I'm doing and thank you again keep a smile Michelle

      Oh yes the point of that was I had been drinking that juice that you recommended I mixed it up and drink it as often as I can and I say it's what brought my A1C down that and the pelvic exercises and the special breathing

    Wow. I normally workout with dumbbells but thought I’d give this a try. I’m feeling it in my muscles. Didn’t expect it to be that intense! I hurt my knee so this is great for me. Did 2 rounds.

    DAY 1: ✅ 5:34 AM, it was a bit tiring but I did all of them without yk any breaks between the workout 😁(no difference yet) But my arms definitely hurt 💪😅.

      @@rusnakp2596 put your towel tightly down and lay it at the back while you doing that breath in and out....do for 3 minutes everyday morning with empty stomach

    Spot Reduction is a thing because if my thighs and butt are where I’d like them to be as far as “in shape’ but my back isn’t then I would need to focus on my back!

      Spot reduction isn’t a thing. Stubborn back fat is extremely common for women, there’s a difference between stubborn fat and fat. However toning certain areas of your body, increasing muscle mass in areas will make you appear slimmer.
