Oh yes the point of that was I had been drinking that juice that you recommended I mixed it up and drink it as often as I can and I say it's what brought my A1C down that and the pelvic exercises and the special breathing

Wow. I normally workout with dumbbells but thought I’d give this a try. I’m feeling it in my muscles. Didn’t expect it to be that intense! I hurt my knee so this is great for me. Did 2 rounds.
You have worked a miracle in my life ! I had been on bed rest and was gaining weight 😢 I was so sad but recently I lost five extra pounds by doing your exercises while I was in bed. Thanks so much for teaching me this ! 😊

Spot Reduction is a thing because if my thighs and butt are where I’d like them to be as far as “in shape’ but my back isn’t then I would need to focus on my back!
Spot reduction isn’t a thing. Stubborn back fat is extremely common for women, there’s a difference between stubborn fat and fat. However toning certain areas of your body, increasing muscle mass in areas will make you appear slimmer.
