    Mam thank you so much. I loss 15 kg in a month by doing this work out twice a day . I have tried so many work outs. they are so difficult for me and I can't loss my weight. But this time I am soo happy 🥰🥰

    Main 4-5 days se aapka exercise kar rahi hu bahut hi light feel hota hai .. aur jaise hi aap derss ke bare me bolti hai ke fit hona hai to mai aaur mi manse exercises karne lagti hu....motivational.

    Hello mame I followed yours exercises it's effective but wight stuck 88 kg I'm pco patient and also diabetic..live Spain . could not wake up early in morning.becuse work rutine start at 12 pm and finish1 ..kindly give any plan or any instructions to loss wight.i m36 old

    Dear through your diet plan I reduce 10 kgs in 3 months but after that my weight is stucked and didn't reduce from a month. Pls suggest some idea for weight loss and break this stucking
