      I am here to help people especially girls because beauty matters to them a lot. I am recommending all of you a facial Excercise that can actually improve your facial structure, as it is medically proven. Search "How to mew by Tomazzo mewing". Nothing is free. Therefore you will have to work hard and remain patient to achieve results. The results you will achieve will never go away it will always remain with you because a developed bone will never shrink so don't procrastinate and Pray to god for me that i may become handsome as well.

      I just follow mam's instructions...yaa i would like to add one of the most effective vedio of mam i.e., teenager weight loss vedio...i just follow only that vedio and maintaining my diet and also do 45 minutes workout in the mrng.

    Mam can you please advice weight loss for teenagers because it becomes difficult to manage studies , workout , sufficient sleep and especially for 12th standard students. Due to this pandemic students are more online and less active. Eventually our weight is increasing.It would be great if you share diet and workouts for this age group and help us boost our energies, MAM, I Adore your motivational videos.😃😃😊

    @GunjanShouts thank you so much for this information di actually I have undergo a kidney transplant 2 months ago and It's important to do exercise but I cant allow to do any heavy exercise so expect walking I have no other so your tips is really helpful to a lot..
    And I have one question that if my daily calorie need is of 1600 according to my BMR and I was under my intake so how much calories I need to burn to maintain my weight?

    Great video. So important to know about the recovery part. I do have a knee injury which doesn't allow me more than 3000 or 4000 steps a day and creates some pain that stops me regular walking. These should help me. Thanks a lot

    Office bhi to hai... Kabhi night, kabhi morning kabhi day... Usper bachchey ko uthana, ready karnana, khana banana, bacche ko khilana, jharu, pocha, bartan, kapra dhona aur pata nahi kya kya... Kisi tarah time nikal k walk per jati hoon...1 month me 5 kg loose kiya... But 15 days ka night shift aya and I could not do anything and again gained 1 kg weight 😣

    Weight :82 kgs
    Height: 172 cms
    Age-30 yrs
    Avg steps per minute -- 98 to 105

      See, even diet is important....Don't skip meals and have breakfast everyday...But portion your meals, don't over eat, eat less fatty and sugary foods, eat more protein and fruits and vegetables.
      Also try to increase walking speed slightly...upto 110 steps if possible. If not, then just improve your diet. Also after every meal, walk for 15-30 mins...This will make a big difference

      @@nihalsolanki3404 First of all, get enough sleep...7-8 hours, do mild exercise like walking for 30 mins daily....and eat a diet consisting mostly of vegetables and fruits....Also, don't eat excess of carbohydrates and increase your protein intake
