Kisi tarah time nikal k walk per jati hoon...1 month me 5 kg loose kiya... But 15 days ka night shift aya and I could not do anything and again gained 1 kg weight 😣
See, even diet is important....Don't skip meals and have breakfast everyday...But portion your meals, don't over eat, eat less fatty and sugary foods, eat more protein and fruits and vegetables. Also try to increase walking speed slightly...upto 110 steps if possible. If not, then just improve your diet. Also after every meal, walk for 15-30 mins...This will make a big difference
