I also lost 10kgs at home in 4-5 months without gym and dietitian and maintaining it since last 3 years. Some healthy habits like morning honey lemon hot water,dinner before 8pm, no sugar intake and replacing normal tea with green tea and black coffee are some of them .

Losing weight or dieting is not about depriving yourself of delicious foods infact jab mai weight lose nhi kar rhi tho tab bhi itne varieties nhi the mere khaane mein. I have different type of breakfast almost every day. Oats banana pancake , Oats Cheela , Besan Cheela , French toast , Sandwiches , Smoothies , Chocolate pancakes , Parathe!!! And muchhhh more. Sometimes these things make me think ki log kitne bade misconception mein jee rahe ki Losing weight is another name of sacrificing!!!
