    My habits-
    1. Lukewarm water with lemon after brushing my teeth
    2. Everyday workout around 30 mins
    3. Protein rich meals
    4. 8 glasses of water- every single day
    5. 7-8 hours sleep
    6. Tea- Coffee without suger
    7. Avoid deep-fried item as much as possible
    8. And this one, which is very important for me- Meditation

    I also lost 10kgs at home in 4-5 months without gym and dietitian and maintaining it since last 3 years. Some healthy habits like morning honey lemon hot water,dinner before 8pm, no sugar intake and replacing normal tea with green tea and black coffee are some of them .

    Walking at least 5000 steps early morning.
    Having copper vessel water first thing in morning
    Morning is protein-rich food like oats+nuts+berries smoothie, white boiled eggs, sprouts salad
    Tea with jaggery

    Ma'am ur Super I'm very Great full for seeing ur videos nd really motivated 1 nd half year ago my weight was 95 kgs nd Now My current weight is 58 I'm so happy I'm always try to Eat healthy nd clean nd Intake aloats of water ,veges,etc.

    Had lost 10 kgs in lockdown with keto diet but unfortunately I suffered from massive hair loss, but in these years I've gained a lot of weight and afraid to start over any diet, what should I do?I'm a student and spent half of the day sitting on the chair doing exercises is quite a tough thing for me as I remain much busy always but gaining weight has hampered my confidence and physical strength.

    Few habits which helped me to lose 16 kgs weight are:-
    1. Having lukewarm water just after waking up..
    2. Doing regular workouts and not repetitive.. each day different type of workout.. (5 days a week)
    3. Eating right and in moderation with once or twice cheat meal in whole week..
    4. Measuring the calories of what i eat through healthyfy me free food tracker ..
    5. Following advices of people like you mam💗
    And also few small habits..

    Will Power is the main thing in losing weight.
    You should know what you want and what you don't. You have to learn to say NO. Not to anyone else but to yourself.
    Losing weight or dieting is not about depriving yourself of delicious foods infact jab mai weight lose nhi kar rhi tho tab bhi itne varieties nhi the mere khaane mein.
    I have different type of breakfast almost every day.
    Oats banana pancake , Oats Cheela , Besan Cheela , French toast , Sandwiches , Smoothies , Chocolate pancakes , Parathe!!! And muchhhh more. Sometimes these things make me think ki log kitne bade misconception mein jee rahe ki Losing weight is another name of sacrificing!!!
