    We muslims follow the rule no.6 when we pray five times a day..the prayer gives calmness, relaxation, mindfulness, so we dont require any yoga meditattion or any other exercise..

Exactly mindfulness is for everyone and thus i brought into light that in Islam we have been asked to pray which gives comfort, relaxation to body and mind,stay way from negativeness and wrong doing, way of straight path and if i continue more its non stop. Social platform is one where we all have freedom to speak and its my duty to speak about truth thats Islam..maybe someone would be guided and would love to learn more about it if he feels so

      I think it doesn’t matter whether you follow a religion or not one can always find several ways to attain calmness in oneself
      For example through yoga,meditation, even through gardening etc
      It’s nice that through prayer you find yourself at peace
      But either ways in order to live a healthy lifestyle you need to workout or atleast do some kind of physical activity

    As an 10th std Boy i can confirm The Rule 7 is very hard to perform we have to wake up at 5 am do exercise and leave for school at 6:30 am then after returning we have tution then we return at 6 pm then studies and dinner at 9 pm and sleeping at 11 pm quite tough,
    I know some people will say we should eat early but my parents being both being working, its hard for my mom to make dinner before 8:30 -9 pm 😢

    Consuming 3-4 liters of water does not make sense
    Some studies hv shown the dilution n excretion of important minerals
    I say drink as per ur need 2-2.5 is a good nbr
    Unless a doctor recommends something else

    Hello Gunjan- when u follow all rules company Will throws us down us out as 10th rule bcz we will not be having time to work. Plz tell ur audience something practical and possible. To promote brands don’t fool ur audience. Said that, drink water when ur thirsty, eat good food when hungry plz follow nature and spend energy for an hour in your hobby, either walking , gymming, playing any sports Anything which makes u happy. Keep life simple don’t follow stupid rules and make it complicated.
