Let me be honest there's no shortcut to weight loss except working out and being on a caloric deficit. And I absolutely love excercise I love making time out for it. Weight training helps reduce risk of fractures due to osteoporosis and cardio improves the health of the heart and lungs❤ And excercise makes you insulin sensitive!!!! It is the biggest enemy of insulin resistance!!! Keep moving folks!

Even if you eat healthy foods with low GI. Every fitness influencers is divided over his views. Good to see your pov too, I am still very divided over his theory!

But as far as i know if insulin releases in great amount it will controls the weight also burns viscera fats as if it lack blood glucose level but when glucagon hormone increases it act on storing more and more glucogen ...........
