Now am 21 and When I was 13 my mother told me to always wash with plain water after pee and from there am following and that's one of the reason why I never got for any itching or smell or infection there❤,now am habited to do it and without washing it feels like ewww, anyone else there the same🙋🏻

Actually cotton pads are very good and also cotton clothes.. specially using at home ...1 year ago i left using pads because of rashes, itchy,and fungal infection,I have gone to the doctor but she gave some tablets and injection..I was feeling good for 1month then again it was the same ...so my grandmother said to use cotton clothes...so when I was having white discharge I was using cotton cloths and all my suffering went off permanently....and in periods time also I use them only... actually I use them 3times...by washing...then throw..now I'm totally fine and don't have irritation at all...as a woman no one actually understands ..love urself now and always...keep ur self loving and glowing not for men but for uh ...❤

In our Indian culture, women used to wear saree and petticoat or similar Rajasthani dress etc. to maintain hygiene, but today's generation has considered them old fashioned.
Very good information mam..women vaginal health is something that is never taught to mostly Indian teenage girls and being unaware leads to their health and mental sufferings.i think it should be spread also to ground level and lower middle class women ss well.
Honestly this was really a great podcast and so much knowledge in it being a girl I find so many health tips like the multi vitamin part I don't that I can take normally
