I have been doing this exercise by past 7 weeks and this has given me a great result its really very helpful. . Before l was having very bulky and humpy back which would look odd but now by back has completely flattened 😄

I think she will be a very bad motivational speaker. She talks so much negatively about the body shapes and sizes. Don't know about her exercise, but a good health instructor will say us to live a healthy life,rather then just talking about how we all should be fit in a particular type of dress.

*Let me tell you one thing most of the people are watching this video on laying on bed sitting on couch and thinking of starting some workout but some people watching video to see what they have to do in the gym today just like me watching the video before gym to see what can I do for today,just little thing can change just get up of the bed and just move around and go to the gym or for a walk at least, little things will make a good difference one day*
You stated 4th reason as a stress. My question is not just to you but to everyone. How can you stop stressing? I mean those who are in class 9, 10, 11, 12 have so much pressure and stress. I know this sounds completely out of the topic but I have been trying to seek an answer for this. People just say "don't stress over it" I know it is easier said than done. I am in 12th and not a day has passed where I have stopped stressing.

Ofc you can't be relaxed anyway. Everyone is stressed in their life. What it means is don't overthink or overstress.
