    I have been doing this exercise by past 7 weeks and this has given me a great result its really very helpful. .
    Before l was having very bulky and humpy back which would look odd but now by back has completely flattened 😄

    Ohh my god..this exersice actually works..I am doing this for almost a month and have lost a good amount of back fat. All my blouses which I had so difficulty to wear a month back..all those fits so easily now. Thank you so much maam for this effective workout. Your videos are blessing to me❤

      I think she will be a very bad motivational speaker. She talks so much negatively about the body shapes and sizes. Don't know about her exercise, but a good health instructor will say us to live a healthy life,rather then just talking about how we all should be fit in a particular type of dress.

    Mam ur exercises r really effective I have slim body but their was little fat on my back. When I watch ur video I start doing these exercises . Regularly from 15days and i become surprised and i saw huge difference on my back area. And i nevr skip doing these effective exercise. Thanks a lot mam. Lots of luv from kashmir

    Im going to do THIS 1 month straight
    Day 1:✅ the 2nd one left my arms numb.anyways good luck to everyone who is going to start doing this exercise
    Day 2:✅ felt good
    Day 3:❌
    Day 4:❌
    Day 5:❌( actually i was quite depressed these days)
    Day 6:✅(im not getting this depression get me away from my goal. So yeah ill be doing this again)

      I would say 3 to 5 sets of each exercise makes a noticeable difference so approx 20 to 30 minutes

Can you please focus on how important it is to work on a strong heart and stay fit for a healthier future rather than just getting fit into a dress or getting rid of social judgements?     *Let me tell you one thing most of the people are watching this video on laying on bed sitting on couch and thinking of starting some workout but some people watching video to see what they have to do in the gym today just like me watching the video before gym to see what can I do for today,just little thing can change just get up of the bed and just move around and go to the gym or for a walk at least, little things will make a good difference one day*

    You stated 4th reason as a stress. My question is not just to you but to everyone. How can you stop stressing? I mean those who are in class 9, 10, 11, 12 have so much pressure and stress. I know this sounds completely out of the topic but I have been trying to seek an answer for this. People just say "don't stress over it" I know it is easier said than done. I am in 12th and not a day has passed where I have stopped stressing.
