  • On Sunday afternoon, a young man found a toddler walking along a busy road in Deltona - and stayed with him until help arrived. Deputies were able to track down mom and reunite her with her baby soon after. Great job and thank you Deltona for looking out for one of your own!
This is a good reminder for all parents of toddlers: Make sure you know who's watching the kids, and make sure your doors are secure. All it takes is a few seconds and your child is headed off to explore.

Yeah, my cousin once went missing from our backyard when they were visiting, and all the adults were so worried because it was a neighborhood in the LA area of California. (Not a dangerous one, but all it takes is one snatch to lose your child.) (Luckily they found him right when the policewoman showed up.) I also used to leave the house at 5 am most mornings when I was 5, because I liked to see the sunrise. I’d run back to the door whenever a car came by, but one morning I decided to take my 1-year-old brother on a walk with me around the neighborhood. We had a lovely time in the cool morning air, looking at the purple flowers in the trees, but my mom was really mad when we got back. Of course, I understand that now.

Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES from hell❗️
      *What is the Gospel?*
The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
      Ephesians 2:8-9
For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
      Romans 10:9
9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

I was awakened by someone sitting on my bed at 1 a.m. telling me my son is outside the apartment trying to push his head thru the railing while sleepwalking. I was even worse then that young mom.

I'm a mother. when you care about your child, you don't let your baby unattended. One day a baby cross the street running in front of me while the street light was green. I called the police and they took an hour to arrive. If it wouldn't be for I and my daughter's intervention that girl could have been dead by now. I cried and forever regret not having been able to catch the boy that was running with the girl because I am not sure if he made it safely home that day.

This same exact situation happened to me as a child, I was 2 or 3 and my mom was sleeping, I knew my dad had gone to work and I hated him leaving so I decided to take this opportunity to try and WALK to his place of business in another town, I was only wearing a diaper. I have a clear recollection of it, I remember it vividly. I was walking down the street crying and a neighbor lady picked me up and watched me, a police came out and then I was placed back with my mom, just like this.

Poor mummy😭 grateful for the kid & people who helped the little boy. Being a mom is hard especially being up with your baby the whole night or doing housework while being a mom.I take naps or fall asleep during the afternoon, especially when i use to study & work so I always make sure to lock all my doors and put my keys in high places cause I know my child would want to go exploring. I am happy the boy got home safely to his mom❤
