    Hands down the best host! I have done many of cycling sessions but she was one who hit keys things of the workout IE different hand placement, leg focus & the mental state towards the end. Put her back in more often! From Denver, Co!

    Class workout! Quads burn, get a sweat on and out of breath. Legs feel like jelly getting off the bike, the perfect 20 minute workout

    i love ur hiit bike routines. i use to do them as my workout for the day but i graduated into doing these videos as the end of my workouts 😍🥰

      Great to keep working till the end. You can easily do a DIY warm down by just staying on the bike and pedal for as long as you need.

    Great session, missing a cool down? + a general note for all of the indoor cycling sessions… some advice about stretching before and after for those new to the idea? Thanks for some great workouts, the varied lengths are great. 😊

    Nice work thank you Manon & GCN. I do enjoy the short intervals. Keeps you on the boil and makes for a fun session. Good to have music with a nice string beat as you had here. Do you aim to match the beat to the desired cadence?

    Recommend giving 2 extra minutes at the end at 2 effort 70-80rpm to cool down your legs

    This is pretty good workout, and I enjoyed it. That said, it’s not really a 20 minute workout in that there is zero cool down time at the end. If you tack on five minutes for cool down, this is really a 25 minute workout.

    Found this one a tad easy - increased the 80RPM TO 85-90 for more of a workout. Would be good to do as is after “Manon’s favourite” as they are similar Manon’s fave is just harder 😊🫶
