Hands down the best host! I have done many of cycling sessions but she was one who hit keys things of the workout IE different hand placement, leg focus & the mental state towards the end. Put her back in more often! From Denver, Co!

I missed the workdown, but I like when trainers push us out a little bit from our confort zone, so it's ok to me
Great to keep working till the end. You can easily do a DIY warm down by just staying on the bike and pedal for as long as you need.

This is pretty good workout, and I enjoyed it. That said, it’s not really a 20 minute workout in that there is zero cool down time at the end. If you tack on five minutes for cool down, this is really a 25 minute workout.

This was good but only just finished it as nearly had to stop due to your constant talking and rambling on. So annoying
Found this one a tad easy - increased the 80RPM TO 85-90 for more of a workout. Would be good to do as is after “Manon’s favourite” as they are similar Manon’s fave is just harder 😊🫶
