I would love to see more of these easier sessions; I've come to appreciate them. Normally, I prefer your super challenging rides, but on days like today, when my legs are torched from yesterday's strength workout, these rides come in really handy and I can still say I got a good ride in.

Great rehab for me after being knocked off my bike back in March and sustaining a broken ankle and broken tibia (yep both legs). Easier than walking at the moment! Thank you.

Perfect ride for me this week 👍🏻 12 weeks pregnant and I’ve been knocked on my rear the past 3 weeks, and I finally feel well enough to get back on the trainer, and this easy session is just what I needed
I enjoy the GCN bike training sessions!💙✨ I just have a question, is it okay to exercise on the spinning bike 5 days a week for at least 20 min every day? Or should I do it every other day? I'm also doing some alternate exercises without jumping and with a bit of weight. Both of my knees got a torn ACL before, I've been doing much better since 2022
Morning, could you outline a quick in the close in city 20 min. Effective workout. I will deal with medium traffic. What do you think? Cannot hurt either way.
