Love the creamy legs session 😊just like Si has said… either smooth session for not battering yourself (being kind & self care) …. But also can be used as a really good warm up session for another GCN training session. 😊 I do all of the sessions and love them all .. thank you 🙏🏽
I had a long bout with covid back in October and November, and have had three respiratory flare-ups since. It’s been difficult to keep up with training as a result. This came along at the right time. It allows me to step things up steadily, assess how I’m doing, and either tune up or down. It is also relaxed enough that you don’t feel guilty if forced to ease back. Roll on Eichborn-Frankfurt on May 1. I’ll be ready despite everything.

Hi, I’m new to cycling and I have a question! I use the cycling machine at my gym and there’s a radar that counts the RPM, Gear, and distance. I just want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. Whenever the effort level is displayed on the screen in the RUclips video, does that mean my gear needs to match that number?
No. It’s more to do with the power and energy you are using. So as the numbers go up you should really be getting more out of breath and increasing the resistance. But keep an eye on the rpm within the circle. Try and work up to that. If you find it too easy increase the resistance and rpm.
Can you perhaps categorize workouts with 'beginner', 'intermediate', 'advance'? When you're a beginner, you struggle to find something that works for you. Most workouts are above one's fitness level.
