    I LOVED this 15 min class! I work in medicine and often have 12+ hr shifts. It makes it hard to get up earlier to do a full on workout. Even 20 min sometimes becomes hat]rider to fit in. But 15 min, that’s hard to find an excuse and it puts me in a good place for the rest of the day. Thank you!

    30 minute HIIT sprint, 15 minute metabolism boost, then this. Phew! Not as high a BPM as before, but this is my 4th day in a row. Absolutely live your channel and the variety you offer. I saw my doctor at the start of the summer. He said I have a heart of someone in the 30s. I'm 53 this year and I attribute this to you and you channel. Thank you so much. ❤❤❤

    Love, love, love!!! This was a perfect add to my run this morning. I'm nursing an injury and can't run as long as I would like, so I've been doing a short run and then hopping on the bike. This one is perfect for that!

    06/07/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this June SSS, I took this ride outdoors! This was a 31:54m ride, 6.35mi, burning 221 cals. Avg speed (mph) 11.9, avg moving speed 12.7mph, max speed 18.5mph, with a total ascent (ft) 69. Pretty flat all the way though, except for the little killer hill as I leave my apartment! All in all, a pretty nice ride to get me moving today on my day, before tackling two more days of adulting for work, ugh! But, I get to have the weekends off now!

    Kaleigh, this is one of my favorite workouts you've ever done. It was the first video of yours that I found and it got me through a lot of my beginner rides. I love the music, I love the energy, I just love it. If possible, I would love to see you do more 15 minute rides because I have a ton of your workouts saved that are all different time increments (15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.) and I choose one each morning based on how much time I have in the morning, because that varies for me. And please keep posting workouts in general. My local spin studio doesn't have classes that work around my schedule and I can only go once a week, so these at-home workouts have been an absolute lifesaver for me.

    15 min and you skip this workout because it’s not long but today 15 row machine 15 treadmill on incline ! And then wrapped up 15 min ride with coach K! Killer ……15 never went by so slowly! Thanks coach! 👍😳
