I LOVED this 15 min class! I work in medicine and often have 12+ hr shifts. It makes it hard to get up earlier to do a full on workout. Even 20 min sometimes becomes hat]rider to fit in. But 15 min, that’s hard to find an excuse and it puts me in a good place for the rest of the day. Thank you!

Love, love, love!!! This was a perfect add to my run this morning. I'm nursing an injury and can't run as long as I would like, so I've been doing a short run and then hopping on the bike. This one is perfect for that!
Kaleigh, this is one of my favorite workouts you've ever done. It was the first video of yours that I found and it got me through a lot of my beginner rides. I love the music, I love the energy, I just love it. If possible, I would love to see you do more 15 minute rides because I have a ton of your workouts saved that are all different time increments (15 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, etc.) and I choose one each morning based on how much time I have in the morning, because that varies for me. And please keep posting workouts in general. My local spin studio doesn't have classes that work around my schedule and I can only go once a week, so these at-home workouts have been an absolute lifesaver for me.

I’ve been trying to add in more cardio to my gym routine so I’ve started doing this as a warm up before my dumbbell workouts (on the days my legs don’t feel like jelly, at least)! It’s the perfect amount of sweat, gets my heart rate up without tiring me out! Thank you 🫶
