there is no one better at social media stalking and finding someone on social media than 12 year old girls. they are dedicated. and they really want to believe in true love and fairytales at that age
I received the best advice from my stepdad. He said "If a man is truly interested in a romantic relationship he would move heaven and earth to be with the woman he wants". In other words, Zachs text response said it all. Just a side note. I was at work and received a misdirected phone call at my desk. I felt bad for the caller as he had been passed around to different departments. I helped him and about 20 minutes into the call we both knew we had met "the one". After talking over the phone for a few weeks we decided to meet in person (this is before the social media we have today). He sold his prized golf clubs, flew from Florida to Arizona, brought an engagement ring with him. All without exchanging pictures before!!! After a great 2 weeks he went back home, decided he didn't want to be apart, flew back and we were married a few weeks later. We celebrated our 25th anniversary in January. My stepdad was right!
The difference between girls and guys. The girl is thinking of the guy ALL THE TIME, remembers every detail, and does a TikTok to find him. The guy: yeah, she looked familiar….🤦♀️
I know that kind of made me laugh after she said he went on to tell her she was the most beautiful girl he’d ever seen, blah blah blah. But maybe he was just playing it cool ?
@@krislv9219 yeah sadly I felt he just hung out with her cuz of social media hype and he didn’t want to disappoint her. If he wanted to be with her romantically he would of. Rare when a guy just wants to be “friends” only if they aren’t into you
They did this correctly. Social Media pressure is insane. Whether they choose to or not to begin a long-distance relationship, is enough pressure in itself. They do not need us adding to it. They were smart to know that becoming friends is the best thing to do right now--to stay in each other's lives. The future will tell what may happen. Whatever that is, I hope it's full of happiness. They seem like really nice people together or apart.
@@cindland True, but he could also be a bit overawed by the whole public pressure and talking to camera (which is not something that comes naturally to most of us). Who knows!
@@robertdora7026 that’s what I’m thinking. He seemed like a really private person. She was constantly updating everyone about them. Probably set him off.
Umm yeah, they are strangers to anyone who watches, so why would anyone else have a say in their life? Even if they did know them. If there were no internet, we would never know about it. Honestly, I feel like life would be better that way. Nothing is intimate or personal anymore. Kinda sad.
@@lv5106 and you are correct. If she hadn't posted about every detail of meeting him, it might have turned out better. Men don't like being a trophy, just like women don't like being a trophy. Men actually hate when women talk to their friends about their personal relationship with you.
Young ladies, if you are watching this, do not do what this girl did. Don’t do it for multiple reasons. If he really wanted to stay in touch with her, he would ask for her number. Clearly she got so infatuated but running after a guy like this will do nothing!! It will give him an ego boost but will not make him start being infatuated with her.
I honestly think what happened was that he saw her from afar and thought she was sooo good looking but when he got close enough to her and tapped her on the shoulder and she turned around he realized she wasn't as good looking as he thought she was but he probably didn't want things to get awkward so he just said what he wanted to say initially or maybe he was a bit drunk the whole time or the lighting in the place made her look better than usual and when he got to look at her face more throughout the night he realized she wasn't as good looking as he thought she looked and decided to not give her his number. It's sad that she didn't realize this and now things are super awkward. They are just friends and in a situationship because he's not that into her. A lot of women need to realize life is not a movie. If he was really into her he most likely would have flown out to meet her and have a date alone with her instead of having her fly out to meet him with her family and he would have been more excited when she messaged him on Instagram. Like "wow I can't believe it's you. You have no idea how much I've been thinking about that night. I thought I would never see you again."
Same here. I had this infatuation since 1998. (My next door neighbor) My parents invited him to my highschool graduation party as my entourage at first declined saying he has a birthday party to attend to then changed his mind to be my entourage. At the party he said I have a girlfriend. Second time around on my college graduation I approached him and saying how I felt and said sorry he has a girlfriend. Present time today I think he moved out and I think he is married. God just wanting to say your on a single list. 😢🌻
My suspicion was that maybe he talked to her that first night and just wasn't really vibing with her, even tho you found her attractive. There's no way that he would have not given her his number if he really wanted to continue getting his ## before they separated.
I kind of agree. If he wanted more contact, he could’ve asked for the number or IG name right away. But then, guys usually don’t think fast on their feet. Especially 22 yr old ones.
Unpopular opinion, but If he is interested he WILL ask for your number, The girl seems 20x more eager than him. No, good things don't necessarily take time, a guy who spends everyday with you knows in his heart if he wants you. After 6 weeks, his first words were "you look familiar" and you've had him in your mind consuming your whole life everyday. And he politely tells you again by his action that he just wants to be friends. Don't listen to words, look at their action.
Well normal people don’t get in a relationship after seeing someone only twice but true about the he didn’t seem eager. But I just think he’s not a social media person
The girl was crazy enough to make a tik tok and stalk him, but if you try to get into his perspective... He wasn't aware of anything. She was a girl that he spoke to one night and never saw her again. And didn't thought much about her since he didn't had her number. The fact he recognized her is already big on it's own. Idk what you were expecting. Him being all excited and acting crazy?

I have a question for you: WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO GO TO HEAVEN? According to the Bible, John 3: 5 tells us “..unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God.” You need to be born again in Christ, in order to enter Heaven when you die: that means change your ways and live a righteous life. No one is perfect, but it important to repent everyday, because the worst thing anyone can ever hear is “Depart from me, I never knew you”…and be thrown into the eternity of Hell forever and ever. God bless you ❤️Listen to this Hell testimony

I met my husband in the hospital nursery. I am about 12 hrs older than him. Same hospital. We dated in high school (even have pixs together from graduation and prom) and broke up right before my military duties. After a failed marriage and many failed relationships we reconnected through friends 5 yrs later at 22. At 23 we were married. At 24 we became parents. Now we are 26 years of marriage 2 wonderful adult children. Who would have thought that 2 babies in the same hospital would ever marry. Our town wasn't small by any means. That's fate. I didn't mind in the least.

It's nice that she managed to find him via TikTok, but once they reconnected, she came off too strong. She shouldn't of shown her cards right away, and she should have been patient to see if he was reciprocating to her advances.
It must have been hard for her to manage her expectations because of social media pressure since the story got too big. But what matters is that both seem to be happy with this new friendship.
Dani seems way more excited and interested in connecting. The guy seems a bit reserved and being put on the spot to go on a date with her. Dani showed all the cards up front, chasing this guy down, doing all the work, even flying there to see him. The guy put in literally very little effort…Also, it’s really strange that they felt the need to post all of their interactions and feelings to the public all the time as they aren’t on a reality dating show nor are they celebrities.
Men like the challenge of chasing a woman . My husband once told me that he loved how difficult it was to get me . When he says on video "...took me about 5 minutes" to remember who she way, it is not good. You had a fun night at a bar and that will probably be the best night between the two of you. Don't worry, you will have many more fun nights with other men!
Moral of the story… Do not chase Men!!! 🙅🏻♀️🚫 Especially if he didn’t originally go out of his way to exchange phone numbers with you after the first encounter, and did not bother to find a way to contact you after the first encounter. He was not that interested to begin with.. 🤷🏻♀️
Yeah, I'm afraid what he said to her at the bar is a line he uses on all girls. I wouldn't be surprised if others come forward to say they got the same line.
That's a weird sense of morality. It's better to hunt and fail to get what you want than just settling to eat whatever died in your yard because you had the best yard to die in. You'll never know your full potential without trying and failing, but I guess that's the point you're making. Protecting your ego is costly.
@@ClericChris I'd have to agree.Too bad, society still expects women to just sit and wait for men to make the first move. Good for Dani though, she's just going for it. Zach doesn't really seem into it tho.
This is the correct way things should be done. People should take there time to get to know someone before escalating to being physical. This is how mature adults with self control should be. Thanks for sharing and have morals and valuing yourself. Wishing u love, good health, protection, and prosperity.
I agree but you wanna know what I find interesting?? If you look at relationships today, particularly marriages, they don't last and many relationships never even make it that far. Things have changed a lot over the decades in how we live and love. We learn about people. We take our time. Decades ago, people would find someone they liked and marry them. They skipped that whole "getting to really know you" part. Why did it seem like when they did things this way, people stayed together?? Sometimes I wonder if we get to know people too much? A little mystery is good but I also wouldn't wanna marry someone and find out after I do that I should have spent my time learning more about them. I just feel like with the way things have changed you'd think it would be the opposite and relationships would last longer today than they did before because of the fact we take more time getting to know people but it's not that way at all. It just seems like people were more likely to stay together decades ago
@@xbrandi12345x There’s a reason for that. There was a lot of stigma around divorce. Especially for women. It was just more acceptable by society to stick through your marriage even during tough times which was completely unhealthy. So of course it seemed like people stayed together way back then because there were a lot of unhealthy relationships that people stayed in. It was just expected.
No one has to be physical, if they don’t choose to… but letting the person who could be the love of your life go- you can never get that back. These beautiful young people need to take a chance!
I love how he said she was "hard to forget", but it took him a solid 5 minutes to remember her face 😂. I would never date someone who shares their entire life & every detail of our interaction online. Guess who's going to know all your business if things go badly? *Everyone.*

I salute for Dani’s guts to do this tiktok video. Coz I don’t think I have the courage to do this crazy kind of thing. I just hope this zach guy doesn’t do this to all the good looking girls he spotted /bumped with. One word I have for young girls be careful who you give your heart with and do not all the effort unless the feeling is mutual. Guard your heart and pray for the feelings you have. ♥️
He probably does, I used to have profiles online and one time this guy sent me an email that blew me away. We started chatting but then he stopped responding. About a year later I had another profile with different pics, I looked different from the other profile and he sent me the same initial email! 😂 huge disappointment! Whenever I talk to someone it's specifically for them, I never send generic responses.
Lol ive been there. You geti infatuated over a person but dont exchange info and go through great lengths to find said person. In the long run its not good for your mental health. Youll find things and see things you wont like. She seems like a sweet girl but really no need to go through these great lengths of getting a guy. People come and go! If they care enough to keep you in their life they will make an effort. Remember that please.
I kind of cringed when she did so much to find him. Because there's one thing I know being a woman a man willake sure to get your info when he's really into you. Men can go out and have a moment with a girl at a club and leave it there. But girls can be very dreamy and fantasy driven. He didn't seem that into it her he was just having fun at the bar. This reminds me of that story that went viral of the lady who met a cute guy in Miami, she put it on TikTok and it went left fast.
Not good for her mental health? That's a bit extreme. Plus, who says that she wasn't the one pushing for friendship? You do know that a girl can change her mind, right? YES, even when a girl is psyched about a guy, she can quickly realize--it's not what she thought but at least, now she knows! Y'all make it seem like the guy is driving this thing when it may have been the girl. The point is...we don't know because it was not revealed. My recommendation--stop assuming things you have no way of knowing. Plus, give girls some damn credit.
I like how this ended. we are so used to stories of serendipity, which are nice to hear about, but what Dani has shared with us is also a very realistic and common outcome for a lot of people. Friends last longer than relationships in many cases.
This is super cute! I also love that they are taking things slow and getting to know each other before rushing into a relationship. That is a very good thing to start with friendship and see what it blossoms into. They are young and there’s no need to rush 😊
If they ever decide to be more than friends and they ever hook up and end up having kids, those kids are going to be gorgeous because she is absolutely beautiful and he is just downright handsome and they both seem like sweet, down to earth people. I wish them both the best!
Take this with a grain of salt, speaking as mom married for 22 years. To girl: I hope my daughter never does this. As a girl you need to do some self reflection and wonder why you felt the need to find a guy ( and make it a mission) that spent soo many hours with you and didn't even bother to ask for your number? Are you that alone? Do daily affirmations that you are pretty and worthy because YOU ARE! Don't fall for a guy with the most used pick up line. In a first date or night out even the worst asswhole in the world would be nice to you because he is trying to get in your bed. Value yourself more. If this was my son: I would honestly advise him to take it slow. A woman like this is a recipe for a toxic relationship and to really see if she has values that compatible to his. And to not feel pressure from others as he wasn't interested enough to ask her for her number in the first place. Men are also worthy of respect and boundaries.
After reading your post, I came back to reality. Yes. I would say the same thing. It’s nice to be caught up in the moment but we also need to be smart about things.
Girl 💯. You can’t think that the person can be the one just by looking at his or her beauty plus by talking just for a few while. Nobody is going to show their true colors during such short moment. Hollywood and tiktok changes the image of what true love is. These days people think true love is about beauty and good sex and big boobs and ass etc. You can even hear that in lyrics of pop songs a lot. It’s sad that people lost their way of finding true love, instead they get themselves into lust and temporary love.
@@truehappiness4U yeah, I'm 21 and I'm very thankful to have figured all of this out. I've never truly dated, I do get sad about it but I'm thankful for that. I met a guy in the Forum Bar "Club" after a Kings Game years ago - back when Wayne Gretzky was a King - so you know it was a LOOOONG time ago - this is back when you still wrote (snail mail) letters. He sent me a lovely post card with a photography of a light tower that was taken in his town - it was so thoughtful. All I recall is that he lived/worked in Martha's Vineyard and his name was Clark - I kept the card for years in hopes that we could meet up again one day - Later on when social media became the norm - Out of curiosity I looked for him high and low on Social Media but never found him - I've since forgotten his last name - but I wish we would have kept that connection going and meet up again. I think I wrote him back after that card - and then never heard from him again. I love that this story has such a great spin on it - and that 12 year old girls found him. Whatever happens you did everything in your power to find him and that speaks volumes and what an impact he made on you. Women are like that - always determined.
He seemed polite but indifferent. Not as smitten as she is. Probably his heart is elsewhere because he has a life going on before walking up to her and saying hi. Good luck to them both though.

This was such a cute story. Friendships are the best and longer lasting overall. She doesn't need to date him. The fact that she got to see him again and get to know him is huge. Often times you never see the person again and live in the "what if" regret zone.
It is true. He is cute. This is kinda inspiring to all introverts like me to just go out even just in tiktok. It was so honest of Dani to be tellin all those who expect much more that they're just still friends and good things do take time.
Just my 2 cents here. I had a sort of similar experience way back in 1979. I too was stationed at fort Carson Colorado. My friend's fiance at the time came to visit him from San Diego and she brought her friend with her to be fixed up with my roommate. That didn't work out. When we went to Ft Irwin California for a 45 days of desert training, we had a 3 day pass to go to Disneyland where I was set up with this same girl. They were coming up from San Diego to Anaheim. We actually hit it off. She was super nice and we had a great time going to Knotts Berry farm, Disney, and the beach. And we might have gone a little too quickly if you know what I mean that last night on the pass. When I got back to Colorado, we wrote each other, talked on the phone when we could (pay phones back then). But then I got orders to go to Germany. And I freaked out. If we had just became 'friends' only and kept in touch who knows what woulda, coulda, happened. But my guess is (43 years later) I feared we went too quickly, and she would end up with someone else or maybe even me. But that was that and I never heard from her or she from me again. So in conclusion to my little story, I believe they are doing it the correct way. You never know. One thing I learned after all these years on Earth, I truly believe the BEST relationships are the ones where you are friends first. Good friends or more at that. And if it becomes more than that in 'addition' to the friendship, you are 2 lucky people. Just my 2 cents for what it's worth (or as we say in NY, not for nothing). Learn from others mistakes... Like mine! I wish these 2 the best!!

It sounds like he’s not that into her. Unless he keeps his cards very close to his vest…

Unpopular opinion, but If he is interested he WILL ask for your number,
The girl seems 20x more eager than him.

That's a weird sense of morality. It's better to hunt and fail to get what you want than just settling to eat whatever died in your yard because you had the best yard to die in. You'll never know your full potential without trying and failing, but I guess that's the point you're making. Protecting your ego is costly.

It’s sad that people lost their way of finding true love, instead they get themselves into lust and temporary love.

If that man didnt ask for your phone number then he didnt want to know you. I met my man 10 yrs ago at a club and he made sure he got my number before we left then he called me when I was on my way home. 💖
Not all guys are the same, that's your love story. Be happy for hers, geez 😂😂🤣
Start as friends. You'll be able to see the worst of that person, and not take it personal. And the best of that person, and feel your heart glow.
Tldr: Girl meets guy at club and doesn't get his number. She posts about finding him on TikTok. Couple months later they find each other, and fly across to see each other. They stay friends and don't date. She's happy TikTok found him.
Plot twist: She did all these to become tiktok famous and since half of our gen dont have anything better to do fell for that! And yes ofc shes a genius for coming up with the whole idea!
i would love that for her
Wouldn't surprise me, many ppl will do anything to go viral
Now .. the next step is to stop posting about your relationship in case it works out or not .
He seems like he is not much into the social media scene hope they can keep the rest their dating private
How the hell did 12 year old girls find his resume?! I didn’t even know wtf a resume was at 12 😂 they will be fantastic FBI agent’s one day.
I will never be this desperate. Even if I am talking to a guy and he starts losing interest then so do I. Boy crazy girls are dangerous (I.e. Alexis Crawford’s friend)🙄
P.S. He does not like her like that.
This is so true 👍
Oh shut up
It’s deals and very BAD examples for young girls, if he not interested let it go! Dam the desparation
@@happym3008 well that's your opinion
@@ashleyfrancis5563 No, it is facts! Don’t chase any guy around. It is desperate and pathetic.
This is pretty much my favorite Good Morning America video ever. More of this light-hearted, sweet content, please.
It’s beautiful how times have changed. Thirty years ago, a woman would be labeled as forward and desperate for showing interest and pursuing a guy. Girls were expected to wait to be “chosen”. Today, women are free of being shamed for expressing themselves and are now limitless.
I was 19 years old 30 years ago, that's not how I remember things. Not sure where you got this from.
@@justmejenny7986 Even though we are one nation, based on where someone is born and raised, their ethnic background, and/or religion,,there are different cultures and standards. That existed 30 years ago and even still today. My comment is based on what I know life was within the community and environment where I lived back then.
But if you notice, he's not that into her. She's wasting her time and $& flying to him. If he was really into her, he would be flying to her (as it should be!).
@@kcreagan9799 does he have to money to do that?
You guys expect too much from guys to be honest. He is a 21 year old army recruit flying around the country for a girl is a lot.
She on the other hand is TikTok famous and has a valid reason other than him for which she has to travel to Colorado. That reason is her sister ( I won’t be surprised if her parents or her sister paid for her tickets to come visit them) and she used that opportunity to see him as well. She also saves on rent or hotel by living with her sister whereas he would have to find a place. She also had a car to drive around most likely her sisters car he would have needed an Uber or something.
My point is you guys love to see a man move heaven and earth for a woman and love to see a woman do absolutely nothing to get a man so when you see a woman put in even the least effort alarm bells go off in your head. Something here is not right is what you’re thinking to yourself.
Remember he walked up to her first, talked to her offered a dance etc and she walked away went up stairs and they lost contact. She then made a video and everything else happened.
He showed interest first and she reciprocated but to you he needs to do more, more, more and she needs to do less To many this video alone is way too excessive let alone the flight to see her sister and then letting him know she’s around 🤦🏽♂️ SMH
@S. Módica its forward but it’s not desperate. Many men would love and appreciate the fact that she took the initiative to do that.
"I remember you"
The most beautiful girl you've ever seen, huh?
If he friendzoned you, it’s not happening hon…that’s NOT how men think. It’s obvious she’s giddy about him, she needs to find someone whose giddy about her the same way
That is BEAUTIFUL in ever way. I love that's it open still to the unknown. Friendship is an amazing thing. ... Whatever happens you have a friendship that is super special.....
I was friends with my wife for 2 years before our first date. Married almost 20 years now and still friends. ;-)
This is cool. Happened to me in Chicago years ago I posted a personal ad and I found him!
I love how social media (the group of 12 year old girls) made this happen . I hope this is a friendship that last a lifetime (wether they stay friends or move forward) love this ☺️
It may not have ended the way this girl wanted it to be, but who cares? At least, she won’t have to wonder for the rest of her life. Go girl!
I had a similar experience. Thought about finding the person but my friends told me let it go. It’s in the past.
The amount of confidence that this man has is honestly very amazing. Zach, TEACH US !!!!!
They are doing things in the correct order. Getting to know another human being is a gift. It is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and about this new person.
Plus....timing is everything.
Best wishes for a beautiful friendship.
Adorable story so glad you shared it
This is really dangerous, and if he really wanted to get to know her. He would of never allowed her to get away, without exchanging numbers.
Exactly
You people watch too many cheesy “romance” movies. Most guys don’t simp over women anymore.
@@bxi1547 The word simp is misused so much it lost it's meaning... A man being interested in a woman and pursuing her is not simp behavior, it's normal. Grow up
I met a guy in the Forum Bar "Club" after a Kings Game years ago - back when Wayne Gretzky was a King - so you know it was a LOOOONG time ago - this is back when you still wrote (snail mail) letters.
There's a saying from Jamaica, A good friend is better than pocket money.
🇯🇲 🇨🇦 ♥️
He seemed polite but indifferent. Not as smitten as she is. Probably his heart is elsewhere because he has a life going on before walking up to her and saying hi. Good luck to them both though.
This girl is a rock star ⭐ and deserves an amazing man 🥰🥰🥰
💯💯💯💯💯
Imagine if the roles were reversed 😬yeah...
Zack must be really desperate.
My husband and I met online. Pen pals. Then met in person and became friends. Then he fell in love with me and gained my trust. I fell in love with him. 2 years after we met online we married. This year we will celebrate 22 years married. Not 1 regret.
Can we just take a moment to talk about how the 12 year old girls found his resume???? Like???
This has me grinning! This is the sweetest story!
This sounds like a stunt people do on TikTok to go viral.
Social media is so fake.
This makes me so happy. She seems so sweet. Hoping for the best. 🤞🤞
I mean, if she weren't so cute, NOONE would even give this any attention. This is why we all are living vicariously through her. It's truly a sweet story. Come on Zach!! She's worth the wait!!
This is just So Sweet! ::: 🥰
This is so stereotypically emotional of her as a woman. Wth? She just FLUNG herself at a boy she talked to for 15 minutes, let the whole internet in on it, only to be met with a 'oh, hey you look familiar.' !!!! Worse, he's in the US legalized gang and not even cute. She will regret this hard
He's clearly indifferent about her
I love every character that played a part in this: the greatest meet-cute of the year 🥰 sending those two blessings!!
They are so cute together and she is so beautiful
This gives me hope I can meet a girl I last saw in Georgia and never got her number…
Edit: holy crap this is my hometown, and I’ve had close connection with that bar, I am making the countdown video for their New Years Eve this year!
I so admire you for your approach to this! I admire your courage and willingness to step out there and try something new! Nothing ventured, nothing gained!
This is a one in trillion chance it turned out positive meeting. I've heard other stories about them turning out not so great be on guard.
She’s really out here living a whole movie.
She's so pretty ❤
Also, starting off as friends is the healthiest and best thing to do. It would be a sweet story if it progressed but sometimes being friends is better than being lovers that end.
Good luck to the both of them in whatever choices they make 🙏
But why didn't he ask for her number?
This was literally amazing, who would have known a tik tok could do so much. I'm glad they remain in contact, good people like that is truly something you should try keeping. 😊💛
This was such a cute story. Friendships are the best and longer lasting overall. She doesn't need to date him. The fact that she got to see him again and get to know him is huge. Often times you never see the person again and live in the "what if" regret zone.
You're truly delusional🤣🤣
It is true. He is cute. This is kinda inspiring to all introverts like me to just go out even just in tiktok. It was so honest of Dani to be tellin all those who expect much more that they're just still friends and good things do take time.
I kept waiting for the part where his wife responds to her.
Those Alabama 12 year olds might just be the best love detectives on the socials.
Thanks for sharing, that was the cutest video. Friends are forever. 🤓
She is too funny 😂. I’m rooting for her whether it be Zach or some other nice young man.
