I love the overnight oats idea but I am a bit skeptical of having refrigerated cold oats every morning which I felt is bad for lungs so I prefer to use the instant oats and we can just add warm water instead of milk which either many are lactose intolerant to cow’s milk or can’t get used to other types of milk like almond or soy.

😊Thanks for the suggestion. For me, I will put in microwave for abt 40 sec to cope with this. You may wish to try next time!

不用,这是放冰箱过夜的麦片做法。
無錯唔洗煮㗎,你浸過夜嘅過程佢就等同煮㗎啦,不過用長啲嘅時間,營養成分保存多過煮過嘅,仲有凍嘅澱粉質入邊嘅抗性澱粉都比煮過嘅高,所以可以更加促進消化㗎
