    Well if you do Surya namaskar before starting your exercises then you will find yourself doing these exercises at ease and you will be able to do it more perfectly. I have experienced good things from yoga

      @@Pubg-pb1re well it has many health benefits. More over if you do it wih fast speed it will help to reduce weight as well but not to that extent

    For all those who are looking for if this works or not-
    I have been doing 4 of these asanas and 2 different types of crunches for almost a week. I also take a glass of warm water with some lemon and honey(1tsp) in it 20-30 minutes before breakfast (take it after the exercise). And I can say that I lost my 2kgs in these 6 days. But I woke up Every morning and these were the first things I did.
    Hope that I can continue this and finally get rid of the excess weight.

      @@Anandvmishra To be honest, I am feeling bit lighter n became slight slim as this yoga is effecting on core but to get flat belly time should be increased n we should watch out what are we eating . ..as my body type is different bcz of some hormone issue .it will take more timefor me I guess

      @@ankitghoshankitghosh8868 do yoga everyday...do it early morning (its also called as 'Brahmi Muhurta" Morning 5AM - 6:30AM)...only drink water before starting yoga, minimum 3-4glass (drinking water before brushing teath also good).

      Yes it does reduce your belly, I also included apple cider vinegar as a morning drink.. Do it religiously and you'll really see the result fast!

      Only once, but do it in right way...or else it will effect your body & health...pls take guidence from yoga gurus...while doing yoga, you have to control both body and breathing...u cant do yoga by watching videos...u should know the basics of yoga to start any asanas
