Yes right you don't want temple should be strong. Bible never tell to eat so much and make your body over overweight if you over weight then you will get sickness so as you told we should take care your body (temple ) make it fit and strong your body (temple of holy spirit)

Yes do wall push ups for few weeks. Once you feel you got the strength in your arms then do push ups on the floor. I did it myself. It works.
