I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

      Yes right you don't want temple should be strong. Bible never tell to eat so much and make your body over overweight if you over weight then you will get sickness so as you told we should take care your body (temple ) make it fit and strong your body (temple of holy spirit)

      Sir, none of the trainer helped me yet. I follow rigorous diet, perform every excercises in an accurate form, does daily 50 squats (one go ).......yet my belly isn't reduced and biceps not growing. PLZ SUGGEST

    That's such a Honesty.....most trainers do not endorse Home workouts....but he has exquisitely explained each and every workout to a commoner.....

    Hello sir,
    I am beginner to exercise, so I have 1 very simple question. In exercise no 8 push ups it is quite tuff to do so instead this can I do Wall push ups. R they two exercises similar or do they give the same results. Please reply

      Yes do wall push ups for few weeks. Once you feel you got the strength in your arms then do push ups on the floor. I did it myself. It works.
