This is pure gold.. I had lost 15 kgs within 50 days. For first 10 days I did 15 to 25 repitition and then gradually increased to 40 rep max.. I had also followed strict diet as mentioned (No anaj, no salt, no oil and no sugar) 8 glass warm water.. and eating within 8 hours timeframe.. my skin texture improved a lot and no sagging skin at all

@@monalisaaditya8529 I ate boiled moong sprouts, dudhi juice, ashgourd juice, Watermelon, Sweetlime, sweetcorn roasted/boiled, Beet, Carrots, Cucumber, For taste added sendha namak and black pepper powder in drinks.
Post yoga I drank warm water with lemon juice..
Pls note this was in lockdown period so no travelling or heavy physical work was involved.. except cooking and ghar ka baki kaam..
After 8 hours you didn't take water
@@ankursrivastava6947can have these in fasting period.. Water, Coconut water, ashgourd juice without salt sugar.. but strictly no fruit juice

Everyone says that falling asleep is the best option whan you are sick but my stomach hurts so much that I can’t fall asleep and I hate it because I’m very tired but I can’t sleep because of the stomach pain Plus it’s raining outside and it’s very loud which makes it even harder to fall asleep.. you are mot alone guys! We will get through this💕 God help everyone who’s dealing with stomach pain!

Me last 15 years se babaji apko follow kr rhi hu.last 2years se jada bimar hone pr yoga chodna pada. Ab kamar dard ki problem hai.phir se yoga start kiya pr ab weight km hone ki jagah badta ja rha hai. Kuch upay batae

these yoga very useful... trust me!!!!! I doing these for last 2 months n. i lost 10 kgs.... even having pcod.. by following some meals rules like dinner before 7:30 pm nd plenty of water👍💖

I actually followed this vdo only nd diet plan is
8:30 am. Green tea,any 2-3 dryfruits( soaked) sprouts with cucumber nd any seasonal fruits
12:30-lunch 2 chapati with plenty of curry vegetable nd dahi or chach
6:30 pm dinner (it really works) one chapati with dal or sabji nd thn 9 pm milk! That's it! I jump from 69 to 55 kgs🤞🤞

Always start with empty stomach...never take liquids or solid foods. If u take give a minimum gap of 4 hours. Or else side effects guarantee.
