    I will admit, growing up in the States and seeing Ramdev Baba on TV I've always been a little skeptical of him. BUT I will say that I've been doing these twelve exercises (50 for each, 5 days a week) for three weeks...and my body is so sculpted now! I have lost fat from my waist, thigh, and hips, and I hope to lose even more weight going forward! It is also great for keeping my mood and energy up when we are stuck at home because of the pandemic. Highly, highly recommend this!

    I have lost 10 kg by doing these exercises nd eating healthy food and now my relatives and neighbors are thinking that my weight has lost due to stress of studies nd now they r advising me to eat healthy food....this is crazy😂😂😂😂
    Edit : I have lost 10 kg more now my weight is 42 kg ,my height is 5 feet so 42 kg weight is suitable for me. I m so happy today 😊😊😊

      @@samriddhishree8546 it took me 3 months yrr because I didn't do all the exercises just picked out 2 -3 and jumped rope everyday nd avoided eating rice, fast food nd still I jump rope everyday that's all.

    WARNING GUYS!!
    if you are a beginning please do each exercises slowly, i got carried away and did these exercises intensely and my body was paining a lot the next day. So gradually increase your speed. These asanas are great if you stick to it.

    It helped me in an excellent way. I did this all the aasans each 30 times for 3-4 months n now m fit n healthy. I don't get sick it keeps me healthy too. Ppl plz do this aasans everyday with anom vilon it will benefit you. Trust me

    I have started doing it, since 3 days. Beleive me this has started showing the magic. I'm eating Daliya with all types of legumes, salad and chhaach. I'll post the changes of 2 week, to let you know how it's going.
    Edit-, I couldn't continue due to fever and 12 days ago I started it again from the beginning, as of now 4 kg lost and I feel little lighter and can feel strength building up. I am going to continue it until I reach the Idea weight.

    Its really effective i did this for 3 month n loose around 5 kg.. Even after resting for 2 to 3 days without any specific diet plan,

    I lost 1.7 kg in last 7 days ❤
    I started with 25 reps now I increased it to 30 and i sweat like hell during yoga
    I'm drinking warm lime water in empty stomach and start excercise before breakfast
    And i drink enough water whenever I'm hungry
    In lunch I eat normal rice thali in enough quantity
    In dinner from last 3 days I'm eating jowar roti with any sambar or curry and 1
    cucumber
    I didn't cutoff any nonveg things like fish chicken I'm not suppressing my cravings but I can still feel the change
    I think my overall weight is reducing because till now I didn't see any significant change particular part like belly thighs

    Thank you baba swami ramdev for your yoga poses. This 12 poses have help me a lot and this is my 3rd week and I have seen a big difference. For each 12 yogas, I do 30 time and my eating habit is same (Homefood) but i have discontinued eating outside such as oily and package food. Thank you. :)

    I started this on 4th Feb and today on 10th I have lost 1.6 kgs, I am only doing once, may be next week on wards I will try to do more rounds. Along with this I am doing pranayama and concentrating on my diet too.I hope to continue loosing weight like this.

    I lost 2kg in 1 month. I do yoga every morning (20 times -each asan )also I control my eating habits. I eat home made food+deep fried pakora etc... I eat in small portions on a small plate throughout the day. 😇

    I am currently 145lbs. Started a week ago, I've already built up more stamina and noticing changes in my body. I am also eating a bit more healthier. I do some pranayama when I wake up also. Let's see what happens. I will update after a month. I can tell it's already working, my body and mind feels totally different.

    I'm a teenage girl of 16 having PCOD. I started this yoga yesterday but in excitement I did it fast due to which I have a backache now. So I will continue this yoga from tomm(Monday). I will definitely update everyday.

      My today weight was 64.800kg
      Yes i have changed diet.
      Morning Green tea or lemon water
      9am-10am Vegetable salad
      1 pm lunch - 3 wheat chapati+ veg. + chach.
      Evening 4pm-5pm beel juice without sugar
      Night 8 pm dinner - 1kheera salad + 2 chapati + 1 small bowl rice + 1 full bowl dal+ veg.
      30 min. Walk after dinner.

    This is really works well i was doing this 25*4 for 10 days and i losses 5-6 kgs and the interesting thing is you will not just loose fat it tights the skin aswell

    I felt the stretches in a positive way not like those workout sessions that seriously damage your muscle strength . I did one of the Chloe ting's workout and it did more harm than good . This is recommended 🔥🔥

      @@doun138 I wasn't consistent on this one. But these days I have been doing 12 sets of surya namaskars along with hana milly's upper body slimming workout and tbh my clothes have started loosening up
      And yoga will also help u with mood. I used to have tired legs all day but now I don't and I also don't feel sleepy all day now.
      Start with 8 surya namaskar rounds.
      You can search " Akshya agnes " She has a yoga channel and also has particular weight loss routines. They do wonders.

      @@subrataghosh2366 for the 1st week I have done it for 30sec and from second week I.e this week I'm doing it for 40 sec and just go on increasing 10 sec every week and diet nothing mrng quinoa afternoon lil rice and evg 1or2 roti and twice a day workout and that's more than enough for a gud weight reduction and I feel burning 1kg for 1month is just amazing if u wanted to do just go on

      Small update...I check my weight today 21/8/2022.....and it is 79 kg....👍 feeling good n motivated 🎉....guys don't go for sudden weight loss otherwise you will get stretch marks n saggy skin .....slow n steady always wins the race👍

      The number of repetitions he is telling is too high (25-50) and the speed for increasing also is too fast (first day 10, next day 15 etc.). Buy Swamiji's book and read it because breathing is also important. This video does not give it adequate info on breathing. In the speed yoga he is demonstrating, you will loose weight even with 5 repetitions.

      Hi All,
      My weight today on 12-Dec-2018 is exactly 67.0 kg. I did this exercise 4 days. Did each exercise 10 times (5 each side). Please note : if u r doing it for 1st time, please start with 6 times(3 each side) exercise and not more than that, otherwise ur muscle will pain.
      On 2nd day, I directly did each exercise 15 times that resulted in 2-3 days of muscle pain.
      So start slowly. Avoid junk food.
      Now I m used to this exercise as compared to 1st day.
