    I have studied all these asanas in my second year of physiotherapy and I once attended the yoga workshop....believe me these asanas are very hard but at the same time yoga brings relief😊

    Yoga when combined with proper breathing has the maximum benefits.
    Even in heavy gym workouts focus is on inhale and exhale of breath.

      No u should have an empty stomach and drink a glass of hot water don't drink too much of water u might feel dizzy will doing yoga

      While moving downward i.e. towards gravity exhale and opposite to that Inhale.
