  • This yoga practice is designed to help you sleep if you have insomnia or trouble falling asleep. Move mindfully with awareness of the breath, slow down and turn inward to prepare for a good night's rest. Soft piano music in the background lulls you into a state of relaxation.
    This class is led by Sue, a certified yoga instructor, 200 hour YTT trained. Sue is also Thai yoga massage certified, and Reiki certified Level 1 and 2.
