Great upper body workout, Larie! I did an intense leg strength workout yesterday, so I wanted to focus on upper body today and give the legs a rest. I must say, this was pretty challenging! I loved adding in the miniband for the front raises. I went lower in weight than usual, and it still really burned 🔥. I found you a couple of months ago, and I really appreciate the time and effort you put into these workouts 😊

Could there be a combo long band and chest/triceps in the future? Or maybe you have one already, sorry if you do, love your workouts, always a new move or novel twist to exercises!

@Larie, congrats for this creative arms workout and the focus on lats. Just to know : when you say I grab 20lbs you mean 2x20 or a total of 20=2x10 ? I answered myself my question "why is it called inch worms" when I saw my hands moving inch by inch ah ah
Would you recommend starting back at Month 1 after completing Month 3 and trying heavier weights the next go round? Or using the general workout structure (leg/back/arm/cardio days, etc) to do your other workout videos?
This might be a dumb question but when you say the weight you are using for dumbbells, ex 20 or 15, are you referring to weight per dumbbell or total weight?
Per dumbbell, but I recommend finding a weight selection that is challenging for you. Everyone will be different with weight selections! Find something where you can keep good form, but the last couple reps should be a struggle. 💪
