Excellent upper body & core workout! I like mixing the bands with dumbbells and the 60/15 format. Great workout to alternate with lower body or if you had a leg intensive activity the day before. Thanks Larie!!
Fabulous workout. Larie provides very helpful commentary throughout her videos which demonstrates her extraordinary knowledge and experience in exercise form and function. As someone who used to train in gym and is now closed, I appreciate this channel as it provides challenging workouts which rival my heavy weight equipment sessions. Thank you!

Hi Larie! I am a new subscriber to your channel. I recently started exercising and eating better in an effort to loose some serious weight. I do kickboxing about 5 times a week but started looking around for videos I could do at home on my off days and yours are by far my favorite! I often find myself shouting in the living room “I can’t do it Larie!” but somehow I pull through anyways. Thank you for all that you do and keep up the good work! 20lbs down and hopefully more to go 😁
Hi Larie - great workout - I have been tuning in to different workouts of yours and love them but is there a way I can follow - like the 6 days of strength training ? Are they all grouped together? Do I do one every day and take one rest day a week? And continue say this series for awhile if I am progressing? I can hardly type, my arms are (good) shaking:) I am wondering what a substitute exercise would be for the pull-throughs. I have wrist issues and minimize the time and pressure with hands on floor like that. PS: perching them on weights does not help me. THANKS!

Forearm plank punches for anti rotation of the hips! Or bird dogs to dial that back!
