    You don’t talk too much! The clarification during the workout is needed and your thoughts at the end are bonus material.

    Love it. Like I said before. I appreciate you talking during work out. It sets me up to know what to expect and a constant reminder to be in correct posture.

    Honestly, you’ve been a lifesaver through the pandemic. Our gyms have been closed off and on for months and your workouts are challenging enough that I don’t feel like I’m losing muscle mass. Thank you!

    Watching you push through even though you were tired was some serious motivation for me when I did this work out the other day. I wanted to quit with those shoulder presses but when you kept chugging, I kept chugging, too.

    Great upper body push workout! Those 3-count eccentric lowers were killer 😅👍. I love doing variations on tempo, it really challenges the muscles to work differently than they're used to. During the cooldown stretch, my arms were shaking so much! That's how you know you got a good strength workout 😁
    And BTW, I love your talking throughout the workout, you always have good info on form and focus, and it's way more interesting than just silence or music, so thank you! ❤

    Honestly, I needed some talking to distract me during the PAIN of the steering wheels!
    There were a couple of moves where I added balancing on a single leg so I would think less about my arms hating me and more about trying to not fall on my face.
