Holy cow girl, slow down just a tad. You’re without is great, probably the best Barre workouts on RUclips, but it’s so quick and gives zero time to switch from one workout to the next. What if we want to increase our weight for the next one?, or need a second to set out body up for the next without? You should give a 3-5 second break in between for people to set up their form and also grab different weights if they need to. You just seemed rushed in the entire , even the stretching at the end was kind of rushed, like you were in a hurry. I do understand wanna keep the heart rate up to burn more calories, I Doing it this fast can cause injury when using weights. Otherwise, excellent without.
Thank you for the feedback. All are noted. A couple things I want to address - You never have to go at the same speed as me or anyone, ever. Find a pace that feels challenging for you. If the speed is compromising your form, slow it down or decrease the weight. I believe we are moving to 130bpm the entire workout. If you want to increase the weight, change it out at any point. You can let the workout continue to play or hit the pause button. This one is quick, no breaks were built in due to the short amount of time of the workout itself. Hope this helps. I would suggest a different workout if you didn’t enjoy this one ❤️
