I've been working out "with you" since about February and have tried about 23 of your videos so far. I love them all but I must say this is probably my least favorite to date. That being said, I feel like it also is one of the most beneficial. Plus, the advice you gave during the Arnold presses about focus and not having a goal to get the heart rate higher but to really feel the muscles contract and release to improve endurance and athleticism is where it's at. "When we do that, that is when change starts to happen." Wow, I needed to hear that today. I do feel stronger. And I certainly feel all that core work we did! Thank you! and I look forward to more of this!
Thanks for Doing more barre and long format!! Appreciate it lots!! Your workouts are awesome!! If you don’t mind, I would love you to continue cueing and counting a bit versus the music. Totally understand if you can’t. I just find it helpful when you’re talking versus just music. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
