    What a great upper body workout! Short, simple but oh so effective! That 5 minute shoulder burn out at the end was killer! Someone in the comments of another video mentioned this one so I had to try it out; love the community you have here 💞

    Just have to say this is one of my favorite workout videos of yours. I've done many of them and I keep coming back to this one for a great arm pump! I also appreciate the way you formatted this one-- the text on the side for each segment, great music mix that also isn't overly loud, etc.

      @@FitbyLarie pretty good, thank you! Have only one day left on the other program and was super happy to add 3/4 of this workout in at the end. Missed it! My DR is better, but not 100%, so I will just need to be conscious of that for a while more. :)

    been looking a long time for some "follow along" weight workouts. There is lots of cardio out there but I've got all the equipment at home and sometimes I just don't want to "think about my workouts" I just want to follow a great instructor and get it done. So happy to have found you...thank yoU!!

    Awesome workout! Definitely saved it! I use much lighter weights. My heaviest dumbbells are 8 lb each. Use what you have! Water bottles, soup cans...we use dog bones too if we fizzle on two pounds! We don't have a bench, so we use the couch. Being creative and having fun!

    Just the right workout for today! I'm 7 weeks pregnant and struggling with nausea and fatigue lately. But, I wanted to get my body moving and am so glad I did!

    Oh Larie!! 🤩🔥 That was F. I. R. E!! This came out just in time today and my hubby joined me! We loved it and hated it all at the same time!! Crazy good burn and now our upper body is spent! Shaking so bad right now!! 😂❤️💪🏻

    Solid workout! A tough one, worth the effort! I love the mix of bands and weights for resistance training.🐞

    Well that was hell of a burn (especially last 5 minutes lol)! Loved that you used mini-bands for a warm-up and weights for the main part; and loved the whole flow/structure :-)

      For sure! I’d personally give those muscle groups a rest day tomorrow, so if you plan on training tomorrow try to focus on lower body and/or back 😀❤️ Let me know how the combo goes!
