Hi Larie, I’m a mother of 2 and I recently started following you on YT. I’ve tried a lot of fitness workouts but yours is the best. I gained about 44lbs because of my pregnancy and lost it already. I had a 3 finger diastasis recti gap after giving birth almost 2 years ago which is now down to about a 1.5 finger gap which I’m still trying to get down to a 1 finger gap. I’ve tried a variety of your workouts and I really appreciate the effort you put into making quality content. You’re the best! Thank you for making these videos accessible to everyone! Btw I especially appreciate the reminders to engage the core cos I always forget especially when I’m getting tired.

I recommend doing the same weekly split for about 5-6 weeks and progressing the workout through increased reps, increased weights, increased time under tension, or just perfecting the exercise a little better through form! I love incorporating the miniband into a strength workout with weights, it adds that bit of extra resistance that is super challenging! 🏋Saving that playlist now to my bookmarks!

I thought I knew all types of fitness exercises until I did yours. Completely stunned. I felt like a beginner, though I'm not. Thank you. Don't know if it's my harware but the sound was very low and the video lacked of contrast (too light).
Me and the hubs crushed this together today! Great sweat session! Each block truly burned out the muscle group worked! Those upper body blocks were absolutely killer!! 🔥 I had to drop way lower than I usually use - made me mad! 😂 Well every block was KILLER!! 🔥 Loved EVERY BIT of that workout Larie! Absolutely! If it’s not challenging enough I’d recommend finding some household items that are heavier ❤️
