Excellent focused upper body and core workout! And you get some bonus lower body through thrusters and a few other moves. I like the 60 second on, 15 second off format. Although this doesn’t have specific cardio segments, you definitely get the heart and lungs working because each block is nearly continuous. Very effective and satisfying 40 minute workout! As always, Larie has timely cues for form and motivation. I highly recommend trying this! It’s saved to my favorites to be in my regular fitness rotation! THANKS!!!
This was a good workout! I got a bit sweaty, a bit cursing, a bit "WHOO!" and felt very satisfied at the end. Pushups only being in one set was a bonus, hahaha! I'll be doing this one again, hopefully with better coordination.
