    Larie, you rock! Please keep on talking: I love your workouts because you talk. While you speak you correct for form and make it far more dynamic than the generic workouts in RUclips. 💪🏻👏🏻

    I personally love your commentary during workouts! it makes it feel like i'm there training with someone in real life, and you give great tips on how to hold form correctly during the exercise - which is super important to me!! love your videos!!!

    Excellent focused upper body and core workout! And you get some bonus lower body through thrusters and a few other moves. I like the 60 second on, 15 second off format. Although this doesn’t have specific cardio segments, you definitely get the heart and lungs working because each block is nearly continuous. Very effective and satisfying 40 minute workout! As always, Larie has timely cues for form and motivation. I highly recommend trying this! It’s saved to my favorites to be in my regular fitness rotation! THANKS!!!

    This was a good workout! I got a bit sweaty, a bit cursing, a bit "WHOO!" and felt very satisfied at the end. Pushups only being in one set was a bonus, hahaha!
    I'll be doing this one again, hopefully with better coordination.

    Such a great workout! Looking forward to doing the lower body! I also agree I really like the little motivational comments during the work! It keeps me (somewhat) distracted from the burn :) I love your channel and love everything you post! I also followed ALL your prenatal workouts during my pregnancy (6 weeks PP now) and feel like I'm still getting back into things but you kept me so strong during my pregnancy! THANK YOU!
