My first "long" workout, my laptop couldn't hold so much time. Plugging and rebooting it gave me extra rest (needed !). I liked the combination of strength and low impact cardio blocks, thank you Larie. You just forgot to tell us the weights you used.

I believe I’m using a pair of 15lb dumbbells and 10lb dumbbells. The bigger ones are the 15s. Sorry I forgot! ❤️
