    Yes, it was challenging, which made it awesome! I love the longer workouts to intersperse with the shorter ones. Also love how combining cardio and strength keeps the heart rate up throughout. Thank you so much, Larie!

    I am sweating and burning all over my body. This is a very, very challenging strength and cardio workout, Teacher Larie! Your energy has inspired me to keep going and finish it till the end albeit longer rests in between. Thanks a lot!

    I use to think that cardio workouts are a waste of time 😂… now I changed my mind. ❤ ✌️Why don’t you do a new long workout like this? My abs worked a lot! 😅 Thank you very much

    This was such a good workout! I am 17 weeks pregnant so I modified during twists and belly moves but man it was great! Perfect intensity

    My first "long" workout, my laptop couldn't hold so much time. Plugging and rebooting it gave me extra rest (needed !). I liked the combination of strength and low impact cardio blocks, thank you Larie. You just forgot to tell us the weights you used.

      I believe I’m using a pair of 15lb dumbbells and 10lb dumbbells. The bigger ones are the 15s. Sorry I forgot! ❤️
