My family and I were sick over the holidays for like, two solid weeks. I barely exercised and had to really work on calming my anxiety from skipping workouts (obvious needed because sickness needs rest, but still!). I was happy to come back to this today. Great workout as always!! 💜✨
Love this workout. The bear plank w hand & leg stretched out was so difficult tt i cannot follow. However, i like it tt there was not much jumping which is gd for my knees. Thk u Larie.
This was great. I had to take extra time but I would rewind to get the full set in. Overall, it took me 55 minutes. at the beginning, I was thinking I'd need a cardio finisher but by the end, that thought was long abandonded. I cannot believe how sweaty I was. I'm saving this one.

Just finished this workout, loved it! My legs were shaking and sweat was dripping 💦 amazing 🤩 I am back the next day to say, I am so sore. Feeling it in my legs abs and a bit in the shoulders and chest
Amazing, as usual. But those bird-dogs with the raised knees?😂😂😂😂 That's me laugh crying at myself. I looked so uncoordinated and I couldn't really do them. Man those are hard!
I LOVE this goal! You may want to add in a little more of these throughout your weekly workout regimen -high plank (variations like high to low plank and plank shoulder taps can help build strength) -push-ups with a slow eccentric phase and explosive concentric phase - start with the hand clap version with hands elevated on a bench or sturdy chair and knees on the ground. Slowly progress to hands on mat knees down, and then slowly progress to the full Monty. Keep up the great work!

Every time you come back to this workout it will become more attainable. Your endurance and strength will improve! Getting through half is great! Keep up the great work Lynn 🤜❤️🤛
