this is a cheap tasty Aussie version of curried sausages. if your as old as me you were brought up on this meal. using keens curry powder it is easy to make it will be your new family favorite. also have a recipe for homemade curry powder. recipe below
approx 10 cooked sausages
4 rashers bacon chopped
1 onion chopped
1 and 1/2 heap tea sp curry powder as a minimum slowly add and taste
2 tomatoes sliced or tomato paste
squirt sauce
4 boiled and chopped eggs
1 litre chicken stock
instant gravy and corn flour
add anything else you want if vegies cut them real small
pot of mash potato or rice
freezes really well thaw heat in saucepan on low heat
