    Mr Paul
I love your recipies as they arent “The same old thing” Im American and my family has a few picky eaters, but I think this could be a home run!
On a personal note, I hope your neck is well now. I had mine fused last march as result of a car accident and previously damaged discs. I just got healed up from that, and I had a fall and broke both my arms near the shoulder. 😢. So now a month later, Im just regaining limited use of my hands.
Thanks for the videos, the entertainment, and great down to earth cooking and baking info, tips and methods. I appreciate you!

Hello Beth, Thanks you for your interesting comment, I'm very pleased you find my recipes useful. As for my neck, although I've got rid of the neck brace, I still have some pain and restricted movement, fortunately, afyer months of expecting surgery, they finally told me it was no longer necessary. Sorry to hear your troubles, I wish you a speedy recovery and thanks for watching.

Feeding a family on a tight budget is something more and more folks are having to deal with nowadays, so this is a timely recipe. We're stocking up on rice and beans for the coming winter here in the Colorado mountains, just in case. These are strange times.
If you don't have easy access to a chutney, in a pinch, for that touch of fruity sweetness the chutney would provide, you can add a dollop of apricot jam - which is an extremely useful ingredient to have in the larder for adding to all kinds of things, savory as well as sweet. I'd probably not add any sugar to this curry if doing that, though, 'cos I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but that would be a personal taste thing.

One of them has wanted Curried Sausages and will be excited I am making this for dinner. They both have disabilities. If I can give them even a glimmer of extra happiness, I will do anything. I will be doing Mash Potato with Pumpkin as they love that as a side dish and its hard to get them to eat vegetables. Subbed and Loved Paul!

My mum used to make curry sausages when I was a child and I still do them that way decades later.
Slice uncooked sausages, dice onion. In a large pot put them with curry powder, salt, rice and water. Cook until rice is fully cooked-- about 15 -- 20 minutes. Ratios depend on quantities. For rice, it's as you would use for normally cooking it. And maybe a bit more if you want a wetter dish. Curry powder, depends how hot you like it. You can taste part way through and add a bit more if not enough. Makes sausages and rice go a long way.

Used date chutney as did not have mango chutney. Also used curry powder I bought in England mainly used by British people who were in India before their independence.bcame out really delicious Mr Paul a few english expatriates living in my aot complex did not like it as they said they wanted Malaysian curries( very rude) but my fellow locals lived it. We have chosen this curry for our children's home Xmas party in December. Tq so much for recipe.
