We both cook this recipe and it makes enough for to fill 5 takeaway dishes with Jasmine rice making it simple to whip out of the freezer and reheat at a moments notice. Keep up the good work. I just made your recipe and a teaspoon of brown sugar as adding the sugar reminds me of how my Sister enjoyed curried sausages when she was still with us, I love this method of cooking curried sausages oh I did add a little green curry , and bobs your Uncle. cheers

Try some turmeric when you add the curry powder, add about 2 teaspoons of powder or as much grated fresh as you like , don't normally measure stuff 👍👍
Curry powder already has turmeric in it.
