      @@tracycreatesdishes just curious though, is the powder and curry mix must needed?

    • @tracycreatesdishes
      @tracycreatesdishes  6 месяцев назад

      @@laurahero8778the powder (flour) is used to thicken the curry sauce. You could use corn flour slurry to thicken. The curry powder gives the sausages flavour and won't thicken the sauce. Hope this helps.😊

    Made your curried sausages on our new induction cooktop (thanks to you) and so enjoyed them with mashed potatoes on the side. You make cooking tasty dishes Tracy easy for those of us who can't cook!

      @@tracycreatesdishesHello hope you and the family are well, we are going ok here thanks. I do like the induction cooktop even though its just a cheap Kmart version. It enables me to cook outside especially when simmering for a long cook (silverside and stews etc). We had your curried snags last week, along with the Tracy Chicken strips this week. We also have a couple of your soups in the freezer for those days when we cant be bothered cooking. Cheers Tracy.

    I'll also be cooking this dish Tracy. I like curried snags but your dish looks so good compared to my concoction. Thanks again.

    I see you use a stand alone induction cook top which I've been keen to check out. Do you recommend them, are you happy with it?

      Easy fixed, instead of 2 cups of water use 1.5 - 2 cups of liquid stock and it should still work out.

    Lost me at onions. People always use WAY too much onion and flavor ends up in balanced. Or they don't cook the onions so it ruins the dish texturally

    • @tracycreatesdishes

      Each to their own when it comes to onions. I personally love the onions but you don't have to use them just continue on without them. 😀
