- On May 18th, an email was sent out to the faculty of Shiv Nadar University at 1:20 pm, which had a link to a confession video. This email was sent to 11 people on the campus. The recipients included a student and some authorities. It was sent by a second year sociology student named Anuj Kumar. The email was titled, ‘Su*c*de Note.’ This case shocked students across Indian Universities. Is it that easy to bring a gun inside a college campus? Why did Anuj Send that video? Why was Sneha killed? Find out on this week’s episode of Desi Crime.

@@yonaltradespng how so ?
The moment he started the video " I am a good boy", i knew he was the menace.
💯
The fact that the guy talked about the love of a mother in such depth and forgot that he was going to make two mothers go through the pain that according to him , he was going through
True wish he was as mature as his words in the video
Anuj was a swine who assumed every unspoken thing by himself. Firstly, he assumed Sneha's friendship as a lover affair (even when Sneha said they are only FRIENDS). Secondly, he assumed Sneha is ditching him with some other guy (which again is none of anuj's business). Thirdly, he started assuming that she is characterless and started calling her names (which again many boys/men do when they are rejected by a girl/woman... typical men's toxic behaviour). Fourthly, he assumes Sneha is his property and he can do whatever he wants to do with her, that's why he started physically harassing/abusing her.
So, the moral of the story is - Such psychos like anuj will go to any extent to satisfy their egos. If it were not Sneha it could've been any other girl. When you see such psychos either in your friend circle or anywhere, DO NOT TURN A BLIND EYE AND REPORT THEM TO POLICE IMMEDIATELY. Do not doubt your decision by thinking what will happen to his career, feeling pity for such assh*les is only harmful for the society. Plus, if he was even a bit worried about his career he would have never harassed Sneha in the first place.
@@pleasyplease5719 He was a gaslighter and a grieved narcissistic person, can't you see. Blaming others for one's own foul behaviour instead of taking responsibility for one's own behaviour, is what a narcissistic person does. He was only pretending to be mature just to justify his felony.
One of the things in Anuj's confession video that stood out to me is him addressing Sneha's parents like "Vo aapki beti kehlaane ke layak nahi hai " ,"..she doesn't deserve living as your daughter "
Who tf is he to decide that? You hate someone ? Cool ,leave!
Leave them alone ,and focus on self healing
None of this would've happened if Anuj dropped his disgusting God complex ffs
That is soo true.
I second your statement
So how did his complex develop ?
Maybe the analysis by Indian society is not deep enough
To want to die at the age your life is just starting needs more exploration. To arrive at the point you hate yourself and others so much probably takes years to incubate, fester and develop, maybe generations.
One can argue that she was at fault too she cheated on him which provoked him to take this action if she was not ready to be in a committed relation then what was the reason behind getting close to him just for time pass because she was Bord or did she enjoyed playing with his feelings and emotion's these days most of the girls gets in a relationship just because it is convenient for them like she will get a driver a body guard a servent and walking ATM and when she found someone batter then the present one she will just live him behind and move on with the new one and this Patreon will continue like this most of the boys control their selfs some get physically and slap her or something some will expose her in front of everyone and boys like him rarely came like 1 in million who can go This far so girls be careful maybe your boyfriend is one of these rare type
I agree
She was my best friend since class 11th ... She was the best girl ❤❤❤.... Still she's alive in my heart
But she was not a faithful person. She shouldn't have done that to Anuj.

One and only one answer to this is SICK patriarchal mindset of people and SICK egoistic men.
His own explanation of his emotions and the whole “belongs to me” kind of connection is completely unhinged! It’s such a sad reality that people, especially men in a patriarchal society, feel this way. It’s disgusting. And yes, no matter what people’s feelings - ideally with any kind of violence toward another student (regardless of their relationship and gender) the uni should have first expelled him and created distance. It’s unconscionable to believe that it won’t get worse when they’re in the same proximity day in and out.
They’re just so lucky that he didn’t first go and shoot dead all these people he believed she had cheated on him with. Complete bullshit. And people like him - they need help. And that’s much beyond what a university can offer.

@@iamzish_Stop with the copy paste shit. Getting cheated or rejected happens to almost everyone, irrespective of the gender. We all go thru betrayals. By wishing others to feel what he went thru says how you support his action.
The video shows that this guy had a superiority complex. He says he was very good n this girl only changed it shows that his toxic male ego got hurt by rejection. How can she leave an amazing person like me, how can she invalidate me just like that.. what will others think about me etc etc etc. else what's there in a breakup, everyday many men and women go through it and people moven on despite the pain and mysery. I used to study at Shiv Nadar University prior to dropping out in September and this literally happened just a day after I had left the campus for my summer break. I ate in that dining hall every day and this still gives me goosebumps whenever I think about it. But I do feel like the Uni got a bad rep because of this case, which shouldn't take away from the fact that SNU is an excellent educational institution. What happened was so unfortunate and saddening

People Justifying her cheating need to understand that cheating is not always out of a boredom in current relationship or for exploration. Did you miss the part of them reading out her mail hinting at physical abuse?. Its very much possible that his abusive behaviour must have led her to find love somewhere else out of a desire to be treated better and to feel secure from him. So even if she cheated as per him. She can't be held wrong because he had the personality of a narcissist psychotic lover.
Anuj himself was living in his world assuming Sneha loved him. Whereas for Sneha, he was just a friend like her other friends.
If Anuj assumed that his one-sided love for his crush Sneha would make her fall in love with him, then he was totally wrong here to begin with. Real life doesn't go like some Bollywood movies, when will you all understand a simple thing like this. On top of this, he brutally abused her and at the end took her life. She was a girl who was carrier-oriented and not some vagrant like Anuj.
The fact that so many men of this generation have the same thinking about considering there partner as there own property is sickening. And this male ego later on becomes god complex and result's in case's like this.

A disgusting individual to do what he did and tries to play the victim. He didnt even care what people thought of him.
Did y'all understand when he compared a romantic relationship with mother and son's relationship. he " specifically" wanted his mother to forgive him and it was a "subtle, in between the lines" way of again asking this to his mother. And uhm i don't know I somehow felt that his psyche regarding the murder was connected to the relationship with his mother and i feel all the things that he was saying justifying his horrendous deeds had some other meanings as well like yes they were about his girlfriend and how he's gonna murder her but at the same time it expressed other internal thinking patterns which were not at all connected with the murder and the girl. I'm so bad at explaining stuff but hope you understand.

We in India unfortunately still doesn't fully recognize mental health as a serious illness and just chalk it up to 'don't be dramatic'.
