I have a few questions.... 1] we know that the history we are taught was crafted by the British to make Indians forget their own history,..but why was this history changed when we had the opportunity i.e. after independence? 2] Are you going to expand your range of topics like history and politics? 3]why did Gandhi backed certain people at congress?
I am from Kohima. My Grandfather was in the army. He used to tell stories of how Netaji and the force were the true heroes who forced the Britishers to leave India and how these heroes were branded has War criminals post freedom. He kept telling me that the history books were white washed and how the entire nation was brainwashed to benifit a political family. I know it's late now but this generation knows the truth and we respect where respect is due. Jai Hind 🙏
I'm from Chennai Tamil Nadu... One my distant relative was part of Azad Hind fauj.... He died recently 4 years ago.... He rejected the pension given to him saying that getting money for fighting for one's motherland is a sin...
My grand father was part of Azad Hind Fauj and named my father Subhash Chandran as a tribute. He was held captive in Japan for years and spoke japanese very well. He was tortured a lot. He didnt get any recognition in his life for his sacrifice.
Netaji is like a Hero here in Tamilnadu especially in Southern district. In my native wherever a function is hosted all the banners will have his photo and many youngsters who train for military consider him as their inspiration.
My blood is boiling and my eyes are filled with tears knowing how this person's contribution towards our independence has been neglected for 75 odd years. He never found a place in our text books, which only mentions his name in one corner of the page, neither did he find the recognition and respect he deserves. This is not how we treat a true legend. And there are so many others whose contributions pre and post independence are either neglected or erased from the history of India forever. Thank you Think School for bringing such videos and talk about the contributions of these unsung heroes. ❤️
Every body knows netaji and his contribution, his lesson is small in every history textbook because it was a small movement. The Gandhian Era was much longer and had many movements and is internationally acclaimed.
LoL 🤣 u little rss uneducated chaddi chaps trying hard to defame Mahatma gandhi , Bose is the one who suggested gandhi as 'The father of nation' and he is very obedient to gandhi. If had known that these Rss dudes killed gandhi , he might have destroyed and wiped out entire rss from face of planet.
There're soo many things in our Indian History, many of the things haven't been covered. It's our duty to let out future generations know the sacrifice such legends have given. Hat's off to #thinkschool ❤️
BHAIYA BHOUT KHOOBI DHIK RAHI HAI NETAJI MEIN. CAN YOU BY POINT WRITE SOME CONTRIBUTION TO INDIANS INDEPENDANCE STRUGGLE. DID HE FIGHT ANY AGITATIONS AGAINST BRITISH???
What is sad is, that us Pakistanis are never thought that it was also Indians who sacrificed lives for our freedoms. We both fought, bleed, and cried. And we both got freedom. It was a joint effort after all. But no one understands this. May Pakistan and India become friends and prosper. Ameen, In Sha Allah. I love your videos. Allah ap ko bht taraki de.
They did not take it It was the British who did not want to make India too powerful and made use fight with each other May Pakistan and india be strong neighbors forever
Not both only India fought against the Britishers because partition was not engaged at that movement. The partition of India was a pre planned blunder by the great greedy leaders who are the self-made fathers of India and Pakistan. Bad thing is that it took 21 years to me that know about the actual freedom movement.
As a Bengali, Netaji is more than what textbooks have taught. We adhere, or most of us, try to adhere to the ideals of one of best men the motherland has given birth to. This video, coming from outside Bengal is beyond special ❤
I am from Cuttack, Netaji's Birth place. But only today I realised Netaji was the main reason behind India's independence but this topic is immensely being ignored in text books. Thanks man ❤️ for bringing up this topic in such a platform ❤️❤️
I was staying in hostel room no. 11 of Ravenshaw Collegiate School, Cuttack in 8th standard where Netaji Subash Chandra Bose was living in his school days. Proud for his rebellious nature that gave us freedom. Jai Hind Edit: Don't fight in comments, every freedom fighters came a long way and fought for freedom in their own way.
@@tanishqnahar7301 Actually we Indians speak highly about those two blackguards ( Gandhi and Nehru ) overlooking those true unsung heroes . Although I admit Gandhi had a "minimal" contribution in the freedom struggle. Through the works done actively by the entire team of Mission Netaji , Shri Chandrachur Ghose and Shri Anuj Dhar , the folk must know the real history not the forged story. Have a nice day!
I am from Cuttack too. I know the importance of INA in the freedom struggle and I feel so proud to be one of them who are not blindly fooled by the text books❤️
My big brother was in Japan and coincidentally meet a Japanese in a street with his written notes of Netaji as Bengali he was curious and asked what's this about the Japanese give his total life to read and study netaji he said he was a hero and the best of best freedom fighter of India they talked a lot after then❤️ সুভাষ তোমারে করি প্রনাম।
This was never taught in Australian schools either, born of Greek immigrant parents who arrived in the 50’s I am now 54, thank you kindly for this amazing knowledge, love your channel keep it going, all the best for India in the years to come, a country so old, knowledgeable and timeless it should be respected by all in the world, thank you India 🙏
The way we are brought up in this Indian education system with books teaching that Britishers didn't rule on us, instead they modernized us and stuffs like this makes us feel inferior. We were never taught about people like Bhagat Singh ans Netaji. Thank U think school for bringing this change and most importantly changing the mindset.
All these topics are covered in 11th and 12th NCERT modern history books, it's the problem with stupid engineers. First, they don't read anything except Physics, chemistry and Math and then they keep complaining what's not taught in history on the basis whatsApp university IT cell message, that's why it's said engineers are skilled, literate but not educated
@@max-cs9ko I am an engineer and I support your statement. After reading NCERTs, I realized that those from science and engineering background miss a lot. People from engineering background don't even realize that there is a lot of history taught after 10th. They claim they are deliberately not taught "true history". If they are so interested in studying history, nothing stops them from opening ncert books and reading those.
@@SiddharthYerr I would even ncert books lack a lot but the main problem here is conditioning if your version of history has only explained one narrative for a really long period of time a lot of people will lose the ability to question that and will be open to learn new facts especially if it refutes the whole version of your read history as we grow older we get more ignorant too that's why if a lot of those is included 1st ti create a valid base for students it will be much more helpful it's not enough to say you should read history later on as well although I support that there should be at the very least education about the very essence of true history not a narrative to glorify one or two categories
@@kalashsharma4344 I have studied both old and NCERT of 11th and 12th, they have a good analysis of Subash Chandra Bose and all reference book provides detailed analysis of his philosophy, blaming that school syllabus ignore Subash chandra bose is stupid, if someone want to read history in details he should take humanity subject in place PCM rather than complaining on social media like a layman
Nobody teaches Sanghi lies in schools. Bose was a defeated Japanese Empire puppet and Clement Attlee credited Gandhi for independence. These are the facts.
Excellent video. There is one error, however. The Japanese Army did not start the INA. They kept Indian Soldiers as POWs. Rashbehari Bose who was in Japan had excellent connections with the Japanese Govt and he had formed the INA in Singapore. He handed over charge of INA to Subhash Chandra Bose because he believed that Subhash was an able leader. In fact, Deshbandhu Chittaranjan Das had advised Netaji to meet Rashbehari Bose. When Netaji took over INA from Rashbehari Bose, he convinced the Japanese leaders to release the Indian soldiers for INA to fight the British. Rest is History.
Very true . He was same Rasbihari Bose who had attacked Harding with bomb at Delhi in 1912 . His exploits will need a Hollywood mega film . They were real Heroes .
Bose & Vivekanand 2 of India's greatest gems whom we lost so early was a gift frm Bengal. Sad to see the current situation there but like mentioned in the video their ideologies still exists and it'll continue to motivate all of us. Jai Hind.
My grandfather was part of the azad hind fauj and he had gone to fight in the 2nd world war against British. After the world war they were made prisoners in Burma. Indian government didn't take initiative to get them released. Later they were released at a very old age in his late 70's. He came walking from Burma to kerala his home . Government did not give any pension. No recognition. On the contrary all his ancestral land was encroached. I never knew about this from my school . It was only later I came to know. Coming to the strategy used by the British. The British knew that they would have to leave India either due to gandhi or bose. But through gandhi they could delay the independence. That is the reason that Britishers would listen to gandhi's demands and used to treat bose as a criminal. As gandhi could negotiate with the britishers on behalf of the Indians, the masses used to consider him as a greater leader. This strategy is generally seen in office politics used by some bosses.
You see udham singh was declared terrorist by then indian govt. , so was shaheed bhagat singh, Netaji won election even though gandhiji was supporting panditji. After that bapu took arnsann to make nehru president. And now we only learn that Nehru's birthday is celebrated as children's day because he liked kids.
@@USER-xm9ne Bose actually named regiments of INA in the name of Gandhi. He was a big fan of Gandhi even though their ideology in violence was different.
@@sincerelyyours2694 Bhagat singh was a communist who took up arms, Gandhi was a meek man who used non violence. So Bhagat Singh and Uddham were bigger threats.
What about West Bengal's Netaji Tableau that his govt did not allow to be showcased in the republic day parade. His today's announcement is just to divert attention from the issue.
I literally started crying after watching the end..... We are so not taught anything to boost that patriotism in us and the fact that we are great and we should know about our heritage which has been people of great wisdom and powerful thinking..... Why don't relate history texts with feelings which give us that mindset of true greatness......
@@Tanishqa700 could be..I did icse and Netaji was very covered. I get a feeling ICSE has a better history design and coverage maybe because history is a seperate paper and subject
As a Singaporean my late father was a die hard supporter of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. One will remember that Singapore was the HQ of INA. Even the Woman Wing Jhansi Regiment were also here. Though there is a monument in Singapore at the Explanade it is time we all contribute and male a fitting memorial for Subhas Chandra Bose and Muthu Ramalinga Thevar.

A bangladeshi here, I was one of the lucky one's in the subcontinent to learn about Netaji from my childhood. I am so glad that you have created this content and I am very emotional to see the overwhelming love for Netaji in the comment section. Netaji was the real architect of our independence from colonialism. I think India, Pakistan and Bangladesh should study our history way more deeply then we currently do. The people and parties in power are shills of our colonial past. That's why they still paddle the constitutions that were designed by the british, they paddle us histories and propagandas to turn us against each other and that's why we are still one of the weakest and underperforming region of the world at large. Just like in the colonial times, we are still being oppressed by the police that is exclusively funded with our tax money, we are being silenced and our rights are not even constitutionally vetted. We fight with each other over petty issues(designed by the British) and ask the west to mediate the squabbles. Who are they to judge us? They're the ones who looted our motherland for 200 years for over 45 trillion US dollars! Why should we care or ask for their opinions on our internal conflicts? Secularism, a proper study of the collective common history and a call to unity of the subcontinent will be the key to our true freedom.
You speak the truth and yes that is the only way out, we can become the golden bird again if we let go of the illusion of fear. Sadly both you and I know it is not possible due our population and politics. Only way is to merge illegally by creating a 3rd body which consist of the common people of the subcontinent, just like pre-Independance. To create an Azaad Bharat we must first unite, if that can ever be possible it is now in the age of technology. Back then it used to be called freedom movement, now unification movement. We were always one and always will be.
Indian constitution was not made by the British. Mr. Roy and Mr. Ambedkar prepared Indian Constitution post independence and that too after detailed study of the Constitutions across the world and comparing and studying them. Indian Constitution is a unique document. If you read it, you'll understand there is nothing that the British put in it. The basic Articles of Indian Constitution are all made exclusively for us. It is not made by the British. And India also doesn't go running to the west to solve her issues. We deal with our issues ourselves. Hear the interviews of our External Affairs Minister. We have categorically said we don't need lecturing from the west. Please don't put pakistan and Bangladesh in the same footing as present India. Priorities and difficulties of each country are unique to her own.
In Tamil Nadu ,Netaji is respected very much whereby his photos are kept in houses along with Muthuramalinga Thevars.Alot of Tamils who was working in Singapore and Malaya join INA.My uncle was one of them.🙏🙏👍👍👌
This video is literally the stuff of goosebumps. Our textbooks must be corrected to include this important piece of history. Even today the slogan "Hindusthan ki ek Awaaz - Sehgal, Dhillon, Shahnawaz" will be so apt in uniting the country against any external force !!
Now the Netaji got real respect what he deserves. Honestly the video brought tears into my eyes after listening to ignorance of his tribute to the nation which we are enjoying currently.
Nataji even Said In 1939 to start Quit India movement to Nehru but these Britishers boot lickers didn't like it Then later they started Non - violence Quit India movement. Which Easily suppressed by Britishers just in A Year. Was Not effective at All. But Our Text Books paints whole Different Story.
Our hero no one talks about him , no places named after him , no awards named after him so sad to see the way we pay tribute for the real Indian idol ....
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today announced that a statue of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose will be installed at India Gate to honour his contribution to the independence movement. Until the installation is completed, a hologram of Netaji will be projected at the site of the statue.
Bro Haven't you heard of Netaji Nagar of Delhi,Kolkata or other cities, it's okay if you are paid for this message from IT cell, but in India thousand of places are named after Subhash Chandra Bose, do a simple google search before writing such stupid comment
The stories of 100s of freedom fighters were purposefully kept away from us to glorify a handful of people. They knew who could have been our heroes..but thankfully we are getting those stories now. Great effort bro.
I'm glad that I didn't paid much attention during history classes, when I was a school student because most of the facts in those history books are wrong. In most of the history books, Gandhi Ji is shown as a superhero who single-handedly won india's independence from the British Raj. I'm not saying that Gandhi Ji didn't made any contributions but he gets way too much credit, and on the other hand, a lot of important freedom fighters don't get any credit.
I feel like there’s sooo much more to our history that we’re not taught and that we need to know them. Thank you for sharing this precious slice of history with us.
That's the one single reason besides so many others, that Modi govt should remain in power, in center as well as States, so that more of such uncovering can happen.
No one told me that netaji subhash chandra bose actively opposed a plan by indian govt to grant visas to jews who wanted to flew from nazi occupation ,, in a way he did not want jews to get any help in india ,,, i never knew that he even wanted a despotic govt right after freeing the country ,,, he thought democracy was not fit for a country like india especially in nascent stage ,,
I never knew this history of SC Bose. Hats off to him. A very significant contribution in India’s independence struggle. However I feel there is no single person responsible for our freedom. It’s the combined effect of 200 years of struggle and countless freedom fighters. But Bose’s contribution is definitely underplayed in our history books for sure. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

sir, I am from west Bengal and I am very glad to see that you have made a video on the true hero of India's freedom who was actually from west Bengal. in west Bengal we have our pride because of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. but outside of Bengal very few people actually talks about him. it is really beautiful to see a video on him. love you sir. love from Bengal.
Great video! Kudos to you. Some alteration are in order: 1. He was inspired by the thoughts of Vivekananda in terms of his ideas of nationalism and national pride. 2. After rejecting ICS, Bose wrote to and joined Deshbandhu Chittaranjan Das, the second most prominent Congress leader in the country and became a mayor of Calcutta. 3. M K Gandhi invited him to work with him and backed him to be the congress president for a term but differences over ideology and political directions ensued and he defeated M K Gandhi backed candidate. That caused M K Gandhi to retort "Sitaramaya's defeat is my defeat" (not the proudest moment in Gandhi's political career, antidemocratic, in my view). 4. The idea to recruit overseas Indian soldiers originally came from RASH BEHARI BOSE who was then in Japan. Rash Behari and Subhas were in touch. Subhas followed Bose's ideology first in Germany and subsequently in Japan and Singapore. 5. His goal, method was primarily political, not military. He was confident the information that the INA was fighting for independence would cause widespread rebellions among British Military and coupled with public opinion the Brits would be compelled to leave India. 6. Read fort trials forced Gandhi and the Congress to support INA soldiers (these soldiers did not follow nonviolence!) and in Bombay a unit of Indian Navy revolted. That's when the Brits decided to give India freedom and as Attlee said the whole congress contribution to eventual India freedom was "M-I-N-I-M-A-L"! 7. Finally, a Japanese general said that Subhas was the most perfect embodiment of Samurainess that he could imagine! I believe there would be no Pakistan or Bangladesh were he politically active beyond 1945. Jai Hind.
Thanks for additonal information. I agree with your that there would have been no Pakistan / Bangladesh if we won independence via INA and Netaji. It is fact that Britishers made the damage via breaking the nation basis religious differentiation while leaving. It would havebeen a whole different 2022 if India is united.
Nice summary!! Not sure if he could stop the partition but any way it would have been a better way and definitely India wouldn't have joined Commonwealth!
By the time the video ended, I realised I had wiped my eyes thrice. If we are celebrating the 75th year of independence today, it's not because of non-violence. It's because of a single man with the determination to free India, named *NETAJI SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE* . VANDE MATRAM 🧡🤍💚
I don't know after how many years, I got my tears back in my eyes and had a joyous, thankful and RESPECTFUL smile on my face for our one and only true leader Netaji Subhaschandra Bose, the man devoted his life to one goal without any self-interest and took nationality and it's pride over everything else.

Superb ! Hair raising and blood rushing description of Netaji's contribution I never knew. Thank you so much for describing it without personal bias and corroborated factual facts 🙏🏼☺️
When we look through the evidence and the events that led up to India's independence, we do a disservice to history to gloss over the impact of Netaji. He was the Yin to Gandhiji's Yang. His presence, his character, his personality, his charisma, his hard work, his conviction of purpose, his intellect, and ultimately what he was willing to do for independence gave the British no choice but to deal with Gandhiji and the Congress. The British knew that dealing Gandhiji would be in many magnitudes easier and less violent than having to deal with Netaji. Gandhiji knew it and he made sure to remind the British of that fact. Thus, Netaji's presence was sufficient enough for India's fight for independence to be relatively bloodless compared to the utter chaos and violence some other independence movements had to go through before freedom.
He was right when he had said that you don't get freedom unless you put a fight for it. Both Gandhi and Netaji led two different approaches for the same goal. Gandhi was a visionary and he had forseen the aftermath of an India that may have picked up guns. The nation was ripe for revolution and the time was just ripe. Gandhi knew that if India got it's freedom through guns then it will end up being brutally authoritarian country. Netaji may have become a Lenin for India but the successor may have been a Stalin. India may have suffered a lot in the hands of someone even more brutal than Stalin or Mao. World would have been so different had Gandhi not been there!
No, the struggle for independence wasn't "relatively bloodless" as you said. The INA suffered 26,000 fatal casualties, martyred for our freedom. 26,000 out of an army of 40,000 frontline troops is a huge, huge sacrifice. So, no...our independence didn't come as easily as some folks assume. We got our independence after a great deal of bloodshed and sacrifice.
@@ProgressPost It is relative, if not we have to rewrite India's independence movement and that of Gandhiji's to be fraudulent. Why? Because it is an independence movement based on non-violence, remember? And it is relative because of the size and scale of India, bro.

A film on the 'Trio' has to be made. Three frontiers of INA Dhillon, Shah Navaz, and Sahgal representing Different religions yet united by patriotism, are the 3 Pillars that India Stands upon even today.
We need to spread this piece of history which was intentionally hidden from us. Every one should know why we really got independence. Rightly said that Independence is not something given but forcefully taken. We could have become independent earlier and could have become developed by now . Its a big lost opportunity. Now atleast we must realize the efforts of our real freedom fighters and strive to work for our country. Great work covering the story at the right time though its not a business study .Every INA soldier must be remembered.
I congratulate you on this excellent research and presentation, you covered things that even the movie makers missed or chose to ignore while making movie on Netaji. Also just a small correction Gandhiji jumped on complete independence train a bit late, it was others like Netaji and Shaheed Bhagat Singh who demanded or floated the idea of full independence, which Gandhiji later went with. Also on side note beautiful images Netaji had such bright and intelligent eyes to go with a kind smile. If he wanted he could have lived his life in full comfort and luxury which only few Indians could afford in those days but he chose his way which was multifold harder and ultimately lead to his untimely demise. We Indians should take inspiration from such legacies and strive to make our country better then just looking for greener pastures and opportunities. Jai Hind.
Bro the time when Gandhi asked for dominion status was when the British power is at its peak and they definitely not gonna give full independence in 1920s so he asked dominion and till 1940s Gandhi also started asking full independence
Netaji didn't demise untimely. he lived till1985. Its all just our Gov who needs to disclose his files from IB. I belive modi is willing to do that's why this statue is inaugurated, which is initial step & looking for country support.

Just to correct you, it was boycott of britishers and british goods with non-violence. You took it complete diffrent way. Even the Gandhiji movement name was "Quit India movement" 🙏🙏 .us patle duble aadmi m jo dum tha vesa aaj tak koi paida nahi hua h.
Even Netaji praised the Quit India movement and told that if we can win with non violence then why to take weapons. But in case if it fails then atleast he can make his army more ready. But "Quit India movement" succeded as strength of people was very high (Hats off to Gandhi Ji) compared to previous movements. And british were not able to make profits.

Your storytelling was so powerful that I was completely lost watching your video and it left me with tears in the eyes. Thank you so much for motivating us everyday and giving us such powerful insights. ❤️
My respect to Subash Chandra Bose shot up 10000 times after knowing this. Thanks for bringing this to the forefront 🙏 This is one of the good things social media has done to us - without which sharing such important facts would be tedious. All that we were taught in schools were Gandhi, Nehru were the heroes. And Patel ji was a supporter....and reference to the generosity of Mother teresa. Very conveniently excluded from history books by our national chacha ji...what a pathetic mindset. I really hope this story should be told with pride to our next generations and bought back to the school books. Much faster way for these facts to reach the masses is a good movie by unbiased director.

Gandhi was just a British agent, he was nothing befor 1920 and the day he landed in India he became top politician overnight. How, it's clear
And even some British documents show that every administrator/government people in British raj were told to address gandhi as mahatma
You see udham singh was declared terrorist by then indian govt. , so was shaheed bhagat singh,

But we separated at the end, because of the hate spread among us by the British 😔
*45 trillion British sterling
You speak the truth and yes that is the only way out, we can become the golden bird again if we let go of the illusion of fear. Sadly both you and I know it is not possible due our population and politics. Only way is to merge illegally by creating a 3rd body which consist of the common people of the subcontinent, just like pre-Independance. To create an Azaad Bharat we must first unite, if that can ever be possible it is now in the age of technology. Back then it used to be called freedom movement, now unification movement. We were always one and always will be.
I wish we could really unite into one☮️
In the end our veins carry the same blood🥺

Great video! Kudos to you.
Some alteration are in order:
Gandhi has not a single moment in his whole life to be proud of.
Very harsh words, but it is what it is

I had goosebumps and tears listening to this, we are in debt to these unsung heroes. Jai Jawan Jai Hind🙏

I had always been confused and curious about the whole thing surrounding Netaji. Even after having watched the film Gumnaami, which is based on NSC Bose's 'Life after Death', I couldn't fathom the whole political story in a comprehensive manner. Lots and lots of Thanks to you for presenting it so coherently. It's one of the MOST undeservingly underrated chapters of Indian History. Hope a young history enthusiast who watches it is inspired to include it in the curriculum as a panel author of textbooks, someday, so that our kids know of things as they were and be proud of it. Jai Hind! 🇮🇳
"Hindustan ki ek awaz..." gave me goosebumps.
Respect.
This is so moving.. absolutely an overlooked chapter from our history text books. Stunning history and powerful figure of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose
Brilliant! If not for Netaji, India could have never attained independence. All thank you for making this video! We needed someone to unveil the truth. A very detailed explaination given! Couldn't have explained this any better! I got literally goosebumps! Netaji deserves a lot more recognition. Salute to Him!
I can't explain my happiness after seeing this .. People really need to know about the contributions of Netaji .. ❤️❤️
Though Netaji is a national hero but being a Bengali , Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose is emotion..
Thank you Think School .. ❤️

@sukalpa I'm also from WB board. I don't know about 11-12th History syllabus, how much Naval Revolution 1946 was covered. But hope you could remember that in class 10th; we have very few info about Netaji, Naval Revolution, Azad Hind force court trial in printed text book. Then internet was not affordable, I gathered more more info later in internet after schooling.
Goosebumps guaranteed!!
I'm getting goosebumps , wow netaji the real father of india🇮🇳
The later governments also never tried to highlight Netaji's birthday until now, which will now be celebrated as Parakram Diwas. More of such videos should be made to make the new generation aware of such greatness.

How much I love your contents is unfathomable.. 😊🙏🏻 And this particular video just takes it to another level.. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for this tribute video for Netaji. ♥️
Thank you so much bro ❤️ means the world to me
In this video whatever has been told was in our Class X history book. Just because you slept through school doesn't mean it wasn't there. Netaji beating Gandhi, stepping down on his wishes, house arrest, visit to Hitler, INA, naval mutiny, Nehru defending the soldiers..all was taught. Your ignorance is being weaponised to peddle false narratives that this wasn't covered, that wasn't covered
Probably the Red Fort Movement was the most crucial part of independence still most of us has never heard about it at all. This proves that our education system really needs improvement. Keep it up bro! You have the most unique personality of presenting things to your audience.
It's not the education system.
It's CONgress which brainwashed us into only thinking about Gandhi
Thanks for this wonderful Video !!
I am from Bengal and even today if somebody says that he's alive and has arrived - I will run to see him - forgetting all my common sense that a man can't be alive for 125 years !!
I also travel to Cuttack frequently [ his birthplace in Odhisa] and feels so nice to see that even a very narrow By Lane of Cuttack carries a Statue / Bust / Photograph of Netaji [ and very very nicely maintained ] - I think he’s still living in the heart of so many Indians - beyond the Text Book era.
Thanks again for presenting it so nicely !!
Great unsung Hero Nethaji Subash Chandra Bose 🙏
No one has ever covered this revolt so good!!!... Applause to you... JAI HIND!!!!
its high time to change our history textbooks and tech the upcoming generation about the real INDIA . it will really change the mentality of so many Indians . thank you for putting out this video Ganesh sir jai hind .
The fact that even after of so many year without a single word about netaji in our history today's youth still thinks and praise netaji that alone is enough to showcase the character and shadow of netaji on indian history
And it is relative because of the size and scale of India, bro.
our education system must acknowledge these corrections ...we can't afford forgetting our real Heroes 🙏🇮🇳🙏

I was halfway through the video and i thought of writing a comment because i realised that this video should not be limited only to the English viewers or in English language but should be made available or dubbed in Hindi and other regional Indian languages too so that a larger group of audience is also made aware of this untold story of a true hero who played a significant role in our freedom struggle. Jai Hind.
A film on the 'Trio' has to be made. Three frontiers of INA Dhillon, Shah Navaz, and Sahgal representing Different religions yet united by patriotism, are the 3 Pillars that India Stands upon even today.
I am crying non stop because finally now iknow the truth about our great leader and his great quotation "tum mujhe khoon do mai tumha azadi dunga"

@@lalitbhanage wow.... giving credit to someone who sacrificed his entire life for the country is wrong? So appreciating netaji is Gandhi hate? This is something which should have been done long ago. If every freedom fighter was given their due respect no one would be hated. But sadly indian history successfully reduced every other freedom fighter except Gandhi to nothing and over glorified only Gandhi. So it wasn't ganesh but history textbooks that have belittled netaji. And where exactly did he even talk about Islam? Why talk random bullshit?
@@lalitbhanage Nehru wasn't socialist he was a devoted bhakt of Maa Kali and Maa Durga and would go to Kalighat every week to offer Hibiscus flowers to the goddess. My great grandfather owned one of the first sweet shops in Kolkata and he was the contractor for providing sweets to the Bose household Durga Puja. He used to say Netaji was a very devoted Maa Durga bhakt.
Gandhi was a british agent, Bose a fierce nationalist.

@@dog6376 exactly and their desparate attempt to show that we indians never lived in harmony. infact we lived so for several centuries and their strategy of divide and rule is causing major problems today

This is one of the good things social media has done to us - without which sharing such important facts would be tedious.
