- Love triangles…a concept in existence for as long as love itself. But love triangles, unlike love, are controversial. They’re viewed as scandalous, calculated, and deceptive. Perhaps that is because we never hear of happy, successful love triangles. We hear of ones where jealousy and possessiveness take over, only to end in a tale of disaster. This is the story of one such disastrous love triangle that kept India on its toes. This is the story of Neeraj Grover, Maria Susairaj, and Lt. Emile Jerome Mathew.

What pains my heart is that I just read on Wikipedia that these two people were only charged Rs 50000 that they had to pay to Neeraj's parents.. Like 50,000 for a soul??
have i listened to this on spotify? yes
will i still watch this video? hell yeah
OMG, I'm doing the same!!!

It was premeditated by Maria. If She wasn’t moving her things to new apartment then why did she call Neeraj repeatedly even after he refused? She knew Neeraj was playing with her for physical pleasure n not giving her roles in movies. So she wanted revenge n very smartly used her fiancé to do the job for her knowing very well how short tempered he is. If this theory is true then she played very well n her fiancé fell prey to her evil plan.
I love how a naval officer was stupid enough to fall for a women's plan... he was responsible for his actions and so is she

Hi guys i listen to you from London. Im born bred raised educated here but still listen and watch all the indian stuff to stay in touch ... just to say you are the best presenters so far in many ways ... thanku !❤
just wanted to say your title track is really bomb. pls dont ever change it
also love your content
I've never understood why it is called love triangle. I mean the moment a new person enters the scene and the fact that a 3rd person gets involved with someone taken in itself states that there was no love. It's just a person cheating, and a broken heart who either steps back, or does something horrible to himself or to the person who gets involved with the cheater.
Finally someone said it. I thought it was just me.
Nicely put.
Its irony that Dimple (widow of captain Vikram batra) and this girl in the story both live in the same world, same country... One inspite of not being married, vows to be widow of the love of her life...and here is this person who is fine cheating on her fiance who is serving the nation
Values make differences..
How's it ironical? There are all types of people in this world. Whatever Maria did what does it have to do with her being an Indian girl and her partner being in the forces?
I Don't like this..... glorification of Females being Tapasvini, Tyaagshila, Jauhar krne waali, vows to widowed....
I haven't seen any form of Glorification on MALE counterparts...
Oh, wait! Is it because.. 99.999999% times Males don't take such Vows.. and they aren't expected to, they get married immediately after their wife dies ... NO form Dedication, Commitment, Loyalty from their side.. Haa!
_When ppl will stop considering HER as an object/pet to Own.. (she should stay Loyal.. even after death) and _*_Treating HER as a Human Being.. having view points, Opinions, feelings, needs.._*
P.S. I am not supporting cheating or adultery..just highlighting the Double Standards..
(I am one man woman.. I was Virgin till 30 years of my life... then got married in arrange marriage set up.. and my partner is great.. livingwonderful life)
@@quizuditado you know how hard is to be man.. And how much unsaid, unheard sacrifice man make..
You haven't seen any glorification from man because men don't seek validity like women..
They don't express or care about this little things like appreciation.. Crying about their sacrifice, telling people how hard life is.. What they do Or not..
Men don't vine and complaint like women.. Because when he is little boy men learn life is hard and no one is coming to save him..
He have to bear all the responsibility and it's his role to protect and provide for his family..
You no most men never get any appreciation in society, never get any compliment their whole life...
You never understand how lonely most average men are.. And how hard life for him..
Women have always privilege in life.. They have option even if they has zero career, earn zero money she can still get married, be housewife and live normal good life..
But men don't have this choice.. They consider failure their whole life..
The men who is Working hard, gets up everyday.. Cleaning street, picking up objects , go to job in hot weather or cold.. Feeling sick or not in mood.. Still go every fucking day
He is not thinking his wife is object or pet. 😂
He is actually thinking I have to go and do this work to provide for my family.. For my kids, for my wife..
You are complaining about hypocrisy.. Life is full of hypocrisy.. It's not fair.. Get over it..
I don't know what you watch or read which makes makes you believe stupid western feminists, liberal ideology ..
You only see the world from female lens and acting like victim..
@@quizuditayou are talking about double standard in society I forgot to talk about this case and video..
Here the gf and her fiancee killed this man neeraj.. And they only get fine not even jail 🤣
Imagine if gender was reversed and man killed girl with his friend or fiancee..
Women always get less severe punishment then men.. Even laws favor women.. every law.. Whether is divorce case, or criminal case..
Don't you want talk about double standard there..
Now some say oh he was playboy he deserves this.. Really?? Being playboy is bad then being a murder..
According to this logic slut and deserve to be rape ?? If being playboy he deserve to get killed..
Men and women are not equal.. Both have different roles in society so offcourse there will be double standards in life.. Some favor men, some favor women..
When women use and say they are with men for money did men cry oh women treat us like ATM only.. 🤣..
So sad she didn’t get any jail time because she us just as guilty as her boyfriend,, US law would have thrown both of them in jail for murder..I am not too familiar with India’s law, can’t you tell me if this a typical punishment for murder? Thanks A&A
Bez They were not changed with murder
One for homicide and the other for destroying evidence
Every country's law is broken and outdated in some way or another. Watch Pravin Varghese episode from the same channel to see US law in action.
All the Casanovas and play boys (like neeraj) need to see this episode and learn from it
Blaming the victim for being murdered? Even if he was a playboy he didn’t deserve to die
When the weight of misandry outweighs the scales of justice

You guys …. The title track of your videos is so good….it suits so well to the channel🤌🏻
He lived in my neighborhood, I remember how his parents, and friends were searching for him for days, a hunt in which Maria also posed to help. I understand that he was not a saint, but whatever punishment he would have deserved, it was not this brutal fate. His family went through hell. This girl and her fiance did not get appropriate sentence and were set free, while an entire family suffered at their hands.
How are they now??
They both passed away.@@taval8389
Where do you live on mumbai
There is a mistake in this video. Ex top Mumbai Cop Rakesh maria is addressed as inspector multiple times.
he is not a top cop.. he used to bribe people to accept the crime even if they were not involved.. you can read about him.
Yeah! I too noticed. . . He was the Joint Commissioner of Police then
He was a top cop having the rank of Jt.CP.

Emil Jerome’s younger brother was my classmate in mysore. He was literally living in the shadows of his older brother as every person was impressed by what an overachiever Emil was. Of course, that was a long time back, before the murder. His brother on the other hand, was just average guy, averagely good looking and bespectacled. But it’s weird knowing how things turned around. I still sometimes wonder how things turned out for his younger and only sibling.
The background music was a bit louder and it is a bit distracting for me. But this is amazingly narrated. I have heard it twice.
Love this channel sm, consistently putting out great content. All the best for the future.
Love it❤ please post more often
Lt.Mathew was not just maria’s boyfriend, he was her fiance
Im new to Desi and i love it ❤❤
İ have recently discovered ur channel and im hooked .. bomba title track and ur calm buttery voice makes sure u listen to the whole thing
I think she was never raped, she was sleeping with Neeraj and hence the bite marks. Emile saw those marks which further infuriated him! She made up the rape story to victimise herself and blame the whole thing on Emile.
Mr. Neeraj Grover was my best friend's real maternal uncle, and all I can say is that the comments here stating that it was right to murder him because he cheated? Excuse me? It was Maria too who cheated, and no one deserves to be murdered. My heart aches seeing all these comments. Kindly feel what Neeraj's family has gone through. It's not easy - after so many years, his sister still feels a void as Neeraj's parents are no longer in this world. She still feels the trauma. It's not easy, so please respect. RIP Neeraj!
It was definitely not for love.. 😅 it was a combination of infidelity, and insecurity
I wait so eagerly everyday !
As someone else suggested it was a murder premeditated and planned to the last detail by Maria. Could be her anger for not getting her the acting job she wanted. She called him even though he refused many times. She had no furniture to move. She counted on her bf being jealous and coming to Mumbai after hearing Neeraj speak rudely over the call.
Honourable Madam/Sir!
You are an amazing narrator, gripping by the jugular!

Interesting how the background music is so peaceful for such a violent case.
No one complains more than couples and married people and those with kids. Single people complain the least.
Well u need someone to complain to, ryt? Friends/siblings get married and get busy with life..with no partner or kids who do u complain to.
I love how articulate these two are ❤
Yes. It is immediately noticeable. I am familiar with the average level of diction and articulation of the average Gen Z podcaster, Indian or otherwise. These two are a cut above the rest. Bright future ahead for both of them.
I really love seeing you two narrating the cases together ❤️#Aryaan and #Aishwarya
But anyway they are not couple so I am sad 🥺
First of all I'm so obsessed with this channel ❤. And yeah coming to the case, woah such a mess up. The case was messed up from all sides.

“Happy Love Triangle “ 😂
Ur storytelling is excellent..
Great episode as always ♥ ! Clarifying that the image shown at 38:14 is not the Sasairaj family. They were the complainants against Maria for fraud. Isn't it?
Also, the crime committed by her once again after her time in jail speaks a lot about her criminal tendencies! Wondering if she got away easily ??
Correct. And I don’t understand why they keep misusing photos of real people in their videos who are not what they say they are. Asking to be sued anywhere else in the world
Narration skills 🫶🏻🙌
Kudos to ur research!! ❤
Awesome story love from Pakistan 🙂❤😊
Absolutely the guy was coveted only to sleep with her and use her.. when he wasn't able to help her out for getting roles..he also gave that house to her so that he can keep her in his grip and use her physically over and over again..tbh..an absolute sociopath..she was more wrong though..shr knew she was in a serious relationship yet kept passing her time in that transactional relationship...the only bad thing here is..between both wrong and coveted humans..as Maria and this creative director..a good truthful well decorated naval officer's Life got destroyed..
He is not raping her.. She herself agree to sleep with him to get roles.. He was using her but she let him use her.. She could say no.. It's like girl had sex with boss for promotion even when she was married.. Then later blame boss to sexually exploit her..
She was in relationship not neeraj.. She was cheating on her fiance.. Getting fucked by producer for getting roles then make plan and kill the producer.. Also manipulate his innocent fiance in crime and ruin his life too..
So i only see wrong this girl.. Men are men.. If girl act like slut he will treat her like a slut.. She agree to opening her legs, sold her dignity, body for money and roles.. And cheat on her fiance herself..
And let neeraj use her again and again..
So don't blame it on guy.. And paint him all bad and girl innocent and victim..
She herself have no values, and even if neeraj is playboy. Murder is biggest crime.. To kill a life.. He didn't deserve killed
It's like saying if women is slut she deserve to get rape..
And about neeraj’s family? His parents who lost their only son
Jerome got into this himself, he was totally in his senses when he brutally killed him…no one deserves this
You can’t even imagine what neeraj’s parents went through…hope you go through the same
Why is my fav channel so underrated yr 😩🤌

Classic exapmle of Fuck around and find out
Judge M W Chandwani who presided over Grover's murder trial said ”It would not be possible for a girl of 25 by her "feminine" and "feeble body", to kill Grover. The court considered Susairaj's physical form to rule out the possibility that she had killed Grover.
Lol I don't think it should qualify as "out of passion" if the man had a whole flight to think this through
The killing is crime of passion not the disposal of the body. Neeraj was dead the night Maria called him. She is the one who killed him. She just used her bf as a scapegoat
i miss the subtitles 🫠 love your content though 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
As a mother i dont discourage kids. but single is best
Good piece of information well put together, but what I wonder is if the hosts could show some more empathy and not casually discuss it as a simple/just another piece of news.. please reflect on the way you communicate such cases as many families get destroyed in such cases.. in this case if I am not wrong both parents of Neeraj have passed away due to the grief...and Maria is already out after serving 3 years.
This is my humble view, something to ponder on.....
Can you guys cover the Divya Bharti case please!
Palghar not Dadar....Dadar is city centre...palghar is 100 kms away from Mumbai

The girl if innocent had the chance to inform the police when she went out to get the stuff.
Having a opinion that "Men and women can't be friends" is not because men/women catch feelings easily. It's just that you are comfortable with the opposite sex and who better to be with than someone who knows you inside out. Two friends just being friends is a lie, because everyone, at some point, does feel that "man this guy/girl is great for me".
Ooo my husband told me about this story.
Rakesh maria was joint commissioner of police not inspector
Very Stupid from Ex Naval Officer. No Sympathy for Neeraj. Seems Maria planned everything
