"There's something in his eyes". Aryaan in our world we call it narcissism , skillfully learnt charisma, manipulative confidence and a culmination of several mental health disorders manifesting as a complete disconnect from reality. -A forensic Scientist
You are absolutely right... His eyes appears calm, dreamy and hypnotic. I feel he was an ESFP who used his mental gifts to give us great thoughts to wonder and misused his emotional and social abilities to puppeteer his followers. I have read a lot of his work which are definitely intellectual and demand critical analysis but I also felt that sometimes he, on purpose, intellegently justify wrong things to be controvertial eg. Giving a comparitive to prove hitler better than gandhi... Insane!
Am I wrong if I think that extreme narcissism of osho resulted in creation of his big collective of borderline followers? All gravitated towards him like he was magnet. This even works today.

Aryan, that’s how I felt about Jim Jones. His sermons captivated me and I wanted to be part of his community, feeling completely free and in one with nature. That’s the power of a cult, the eyes, the voices the promise of being one with God.

Osho's case has always fascinated me! Thank you for covering this, your style of storytelling is super gripping and engaging! Also, the Burrari case's photos in the background are super distracting and creepy😂

He was ahead of his times in some ways. My uncle was a doctor in Puna and many people came to him with broken limbs etc. Unfortunately most of the violence was from men towards women.

If such cult would have been established in my surrounding through such massive project as Rajanishpuram(with all due respect to Osho- as his teachings are relevant ) , even I would have been scared...Such a chilling experience they have faced.. Do not be part of any cult it even if its good ,it just constrains your true nature, decisive abilities , freedom..Follow a path of simple life , purity in mindset from begining itself...
