7. Bent Over Rows - L

9. Overhead Tricep Ext

11. Plank Hops / Jacks / knees to elbows

Tried this workout for the first time today and really enjoyed it. Lunges are my weakness as my center of gravity is in my feet😂
Love the format with multiple sets. This way I can keep cranking up the weight/resistance each set and push myself.
