Could you guys do an updated dumbbell series for more advanced lifters? Like a push video, pull video and leg day video? Love the all inclusive videos for beginners and such but I would love to see a more challenging strictly weight lifting series ☺️
Ok so want to start out by saying I think your channels great and I’ve probably worked out with you guys over a hundred times this past year. However, not a big fan of the one set exercise concept. I end up spending more time in transitions than actually lifting. Also 1 set doesn’t really fatigue my muscles at all. So that’s my two cents, much love

Another great workout but I used dumbbells 8 10's and 15's! When I use bands my shoulders get to tight. Why do you think that is? Thanks for the burn!
