Invigorate Physical Therapy and Wellness Parkinsons is tuff I’ve being living with the beast for 21 years I’m now 43 ... my main symptoms is dystonia and draggy foot .... dystonia is cruel very painful .... I try and get out on me bike I usually cycle 15k three times a week .... which helps but when I’m ON I will usually have draggy foot which annoys me til no end ... I like ur wee videos and ur advice very helpful by the way .... I live in Ireland ... ☘️☘️☘️ thank you 😊

I am so grateful for thev4th élément. I've been suffering from PD for 14 yrs...but have found through these difficult years that this PD is VERY NUANCED... I need a PT plan that is tailored to me. Bless you for advocating.

I just have such an overall body exhaustion, pain, I just don't know how to get gumption to even live let alone excersize. I know I need to. I have regidity, bent over, stiff, feel like an elephant on my chest all time with the anxiety & depression. I don't have health insurance so getting bare minimum with anything to do with my Parkinson's.
My dad also has angina and a back condition. ?
definitely keep moving......motion is lotion for the body......
