- Welcome to 15 min Gentle Full Body Yoga Stretch (no Downward Dogs in this practice :D) - great for beginners or when you just feel like you need a gentle practice. You can do this practice without a yoga mat but maybe keep a blanket under the knees in kneeling positions if you have sensitive knees. Yoga blocks will be handy for Lizard and Half Split pose. If you don't have yoga blocks, try using books as a prop.

Thank you, Uliana! Another wonderful video! I'm definitely adding this to my regular rotation. That half split pose is really challenging for me, but I love using the blocks to reduce the intensity a little. Great variations as always!
