1 Hour Daily Yoga Routine | Holistic Yoga with Warmup , Asanas and Pranayama Practice (Follow Along)

- Hi Everyone,
In this holistic yoga practice, we will be focussing on asanas and pranayamas which promote overall health. We will start with a short warmup, move to asana practice and finish with a calming pranayama practice.
Once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going!

Thank you for this lovely practice🙏 would anyone else here be interested in a similar video with longer holds? I know if would be a longer video, and I love how holistic the practice is, it would be nice to have a bit more depth in the stretches which I can only get with longer holds. i loved it too - getting into yoga after too long a break, post covid etc, doing chair yoga instead ... the very short holds was great for me, i really enjoyed the different pranayams. i can see myself doing this one more often and regaining form.
Thanks a lot for this lovely session. It’s really so much helpful. I am following this near abt 3 months. I feel awesome. Previously I had some pain in my knee bt after doing this I am fully healthy.
It is the best when compared to all ---1. concentrated on practice & Not wasting of time on saying benefits etc.,2. focus on one subject viz., balancing asans all varities -it is beneficial for me as all in one basket and I can pick my balancing asans 3. voice record type hence, the doer can concentrate on asanas - I am practicing for 8 years still to upgrade few asanas more in each variety - it is helpful

Bharti you are now part of my daily routine. I start my day with you. Your video is perfect. Godilocks perfect. Challenging yet not so challenging that I lose motivation and also very effective and enjoyable. I feel such a sense of accomplishment beginning the day right with you. You are definitely a trained yoga teacher and I appreciate your clear instructions. I was able to follow throughout as I do my poses without looking at the video too often . I do suggest however,that you mirror your audience ,with "left" and "right" reflecting us properly. I like how authentic the practice is, it is uncomplicated. I do think 10sec was a bit too short because we need time to get into the poses . 15 sec would have been better, perhaps even add on a timer sound . Thank you ! 🎉

Thank you so much for posting this. I found it challenging at times (and listened at .75 speed lol) but it was a great video and I am looking forward to improving and being able to do each pose fully. I also really appreciated the breathing exercises and the moments to shake out the legs

Excellent video. Just a request, even in English let's say Yog and not Yoga and Aasan and not Aasanaa. We are Indians, we should teach the world the correct words.
Yoga (with soft intonation of "a" in the end) is sankrit whereas yog is Hindi
as per my knowledge
Yoga is correct word and also asana ,these names derived from Sanskrit.

Just need to ask, While performing some aasanas it is difficult to maintain your level of stretch and to maintain correct posture at all times. Can you suggest something for this.Your suggestion would be very valuable to do this practice regularly
